Let me start by saying Paul Cho is the only reason for my original 5star review. This man will bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE. As everyone else here has stated already. The service department here left us with absolutely no piece of mind about our car and as a result we will need to bring to ANOTHER dealer to have to work looked at. Save yourself the headache the first time and don't even bother with these guys. This dealership has single handedly changed my opinion about ford forever and I will never get the bad taste out of my mouth.

Kal moved my license plates over from my trade to my new truck, he also linked my smartphone to my new truck and Ford app. The entire process took no more than 20 minutes, I was blown away ! Going forward, I will give all my future business to Kal and his Hallmark Ford team ! Thanks again Kal Hoonjan !!!

Their shuttle bus gave me a ride to Guildford mall. When I returned an hour and a half later my truck was ready as promised. Overall, a good experience.

When I arrived to pickup, my truck was nice and clean in and out. I definitely come back and this is the place to go. Thank you.

I prefer to buy OEM parts, and have found the prices to be competitive and sometimes better than offshore aftermarket junk. I always get the impression the staff wants to go the extra mile with service, and genuinely likes their own Ford products, while being open about any issues. In short, Hallmark is a great place to buy, service, and get parts for Ford cars and trucks. Expect fair prices and gold-standard service.

I am shopping for a dealership w convenient amenities nearby for those days where I have to hang around for an hr or two when I drop off my car for a service. Having to pay out of pocket to rent a car for a day is not a good show of a dealership as a choice for future visits. So far Hallmark has passed this test with flying colours

Factory ordered one from Kal, took delivery a week ago, and could not be happier. The dealer experience was even better than Lexus, and that is saying something. Highly recommend this dealer !
