Own a 2016 Ram 1500 that I’ve been taking to their service shop since I purchased the truck and 2012 ram 1500 before that. My air conditioning has failed after they did a scheduled maintenance on it. I have taken it in twice since then to correct it. Both times pressure tests were done after having to recharge the Freon. The A/C eventually blew warm after all attempts. Recharging Freon is not cheap, so to do it three times and not resolve the root cause of the problem was frustrating. I phoned them today to share my concerns about how costly this has been to no avail. Was hoping there was something they could do on there end to help this situation. The service rep simple said, β€œyou could bring it in again or go somewhere else.” I’ve decided to go somewhere else this time. Thank you.

My 2012 Dodge Journey had 2 recalls pending to be attended by their service department and after a passage of 3 weeks in ordering required parts, my appointment was set at 10 am on Feb 28, 2022. I had set the second car up with my wife as the second driver, for way back home after dropping off the Dodge. We don’t get any courtesy vehicle traditionally from this dealership. Everything went on well and I was called that day evening to come and pick up my vehicle.I left home by 4:30 pm with the second car and the second driver and picked up the Dodge. As I came home after driving for about 20 minutes, I sensed an intense burning smell of rubber inside the car and quickly rushed and opened the hood to see if any thing burning and what is burning. I couldn’t see anything. Immediately, around 5:00 pm, I tried calling the service department to register my concern without losing time and also in order to make them believe what I am facing immediately after taking the vehicle from their service. Nobody answered the phone in spite of the fact that I was on hold for about 30 minutes and when the clock hit 5:30 pm, the call dropped? abruptly! My anxiety got heightened and side by side, I had asked my wife to call using another phone and on another line the service department and the receptionist picked up the call! I had told her clearly what had happened and she said service might be very busy as it is closing hours but she agreed to log on my file what had happened. She advised me to come the next day! We went back today Mar 01, 2022 again with 2 cars and some to the service department. They had this thing to say that whenever a new catalytic converter is installed, there will be heavy fumes and smell and it is common. We had a great waste of time and energy. They could have done 2 things that would have avoided our second trip! 1. By proactively telling me that there will be an intense smell (this would have avoided my panic) 2. By picking up the phone at 5:00 pm when I called them, and explaining over the phone. Please be proactive and please be attending to all the incoming phones!

The staff are very polite and have Great Communication Skills. I went for my car transmission problem. I would like to thank Sukh for his honesty and amazing attitude at Jim Pattison Surrey. I am so pleased to say that I've had such a good experience working with George, Paul and Chris at the Jim Pattison Jeep Dealership in Surrey. I was looking to trade my vehicle in that had negative equity on the loan, which most dealerships didn't even want to discuss options with me. I saw online that they had a used Jeep Wrangler for sale, I called in immediately to see if it was even possible and George was so friendly, informative and non-judgemental about my situation. We negotiated a deal that was a way better fit for me! I was nervous about them following through with certain things after we signed the paperwork as I've run into problems with other dealerships, however they have stuck to their word and gone above and beyond for me. I am happy to say we've done business with them, and highly recommend speaking with George regarding vehicle needs. Thanks so much for this awesome experience!

For a while now I have been telling myself I needed to get into a truck.. finally with the great help from Yash my dream had finally come true. I went in excited but nervous and without a clue that I would be leaving with this beauty. I had a price point in my mind but didn’t know what to expect and with a little help from his boss, they really did everything they could to make this experience not only great, but they made it easy for me and such a smooth ride the whole way, not only the test drive ?. I am glad I went In and I am glad I met Yash, he definitely made not only a sale but a relationship that will follow down the road when I need a new vehicle, or when the wife and even the kids need a car down the road! Keep up the good work guys, I look forward to my first service appointment! ✌?

I have been hunting for a Willys for months and finally found the perfect one at this dealership. I began the process via email as I live just shy of 100km away. Andy quickly responded respected that email was my choice of communication answered all my questions in a timely manner and made the whole process so easy I got in my car (which they gave me an amazing trade in offer for) and headed to purchase my new Jeep! Upon meeting Andy in person he was equally classy knowledgeable and helpful in the final sale.

Look for Preet! I recommend him. I received very kind, open, speedy, and warm services from him and all the staff I met there, not pushy at all and clarity is shown during this crazy gauging season for new vehicle by other dealers. I appreciate my time spent there and traded for a new Pacifica Hybrid.
