Ask for Aleksandar, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process smooth, especially with the warranty which paid $1,700 worth of service. He goes above and beyond for customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know their stuff.

Amazing Experience!! I had the best experience with Bryan Pan, he's been patient and kind all time. I recently got a GLB 250, Its really difficult to find this model now bc of the shortage of the car due to the pandemic. I am really surprise he found one for me !! I am very happy with the car and customer service !! Definitely will recommend to my friend and will come back for my next car :)

By far this was the BEST experience at the dealership, everything was so smooth and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. I ended up in my brand new 2021 GLE 53 AMG. I highly recommend dealing with Kamran and Sam, these two men made it all happen. Amazing service, thank you Mercedes Benz Surrey.

Purchased Mercedes not only with style, but also received an impressive care. Very impressed from start to finish. Mercedes Benz Surrey has an amazing team. From Daniel Falcon, (Daniel you're amazing) he was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond of what was expected from patiently order all the options with explaining their benefit coordinating with Mark assistant manager (Thank you Mark, it is exactly what we wanted) and ordering specialist, making sure all is perfect, to receiving and handing the car over to us with style and surprise, he made the entire thing a pleasant experience and fun. He even offered us to call him anytime if we had any questions after we got the car, and he did followed up with us few days in a roll checking making sure we are satisfied. Sales Manager, Trevor, was super supportive of the whole order from the beginning and assisted in every way (Thanks Trevor). Rebecca, Finance department was extremely helpful, offering different beneficial packages that could save us thousand of $ in future. Sam, super friendly and patiently walked us through Mercedes set up and training, also he was glad to answer all our calls afterward to guide us. And to make an extreme impression, today after a week, I received a Gift basket from Mercedes Surrey. Thank you for making us feel special and being part of Mercedes family. Your location's staff are absolutely much better and way friendlier than the other 3 Mercedes location i Visited prior to visiting you and oh mine I'm so glad i did come to you. Thank you

I have been looking for a full-electric β€œ2018 Smart EQ” for a while now, and when Bryan Pan (from Sales) reached out to me about this β€œsmallest EV” still on the market and still available :o)... I was extremely excited to go and visit and test-drive. Bryan was helpful and provided me with all the pricing and details, plus got me the best deal β€œI asked for” (and I know they accepted my offer even though Surrey Mercedes-Benz was loosing money on my offer). At the end of the day, my car buying experience was simple (no stress), and Bryan negotiated on my behalf with the manager and was able to get a deal for me β€œover the phone and via email”!!! I strongly suggest asking for Bryan Pan - and tell him what you need and he will work hard for you to get the deal you want.

I have to come on here and praise this dealership for the amazing customer service you all give! Sam, you are second to none when it comes to going above and beyond your call of duty as a sales guy! John and Amanda in the Service Department are rock stars! This was my first time visiting MB Surrey, and they provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen at a dealership, even when it was very busy on Saturday. One thing I really noticed while I waited for service was the attention they paid to their customers. They took their time to explain everything to customers, and made sure that their customers (Especially where English was not their first language) understood what each charge was and why they were being charged. Great work! I'll definitely be back.

I need to share an amazing experience in customer service I received from this dealership today. I had lost my wheel lock key and was at the tire shop ready for my winter tires to be put on. I thought I’d try stopping at the MB dealership but honestly was not optimistic about getting immediate assistance due to my lack of an appointment, and the stereotype that going to Mercedes would include waiting, very-pricey, etc. Upon entering I was so lucky to get JOHNSON HA the Parts Manager asking to help me. When I told him the situation he quickly said β€œno problem” and directed a younger co-worker to get the wheel lock keys and help me immediately. Within 5 minutes the bright young man had identified my specific key out of 2 cases of where lock keys with more than 40 to choose from. He took it back to Johnson who quickly pulled a new set of wheel locks and asked the young assistant to go remove my existing locks and install the new locks. All told, I was out of there within another 10-15 minutes for just about $150. I got to speak with Johnson briefly and I can’t say enough about how helpful he was and his philosophy on customer service which he shared with me. If Johnson and his coworker are an indication of the type of people working on this team, they’ve got to be one of the beat dealerships around. I’ve had this mercedes for years and have used other MB dealerships before. The other dealer wasn’t necessarily β€œbad” but the service experience I received here was truly impressive. Thank you Johnson and thank you to your coworker. You’ve renewed my faith in mankind today that good, honest people are still out there and making a difference. Dave
