★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can PG be a dealer for Malone tuning when they don’t know basic info on how the tune is installed (obd2 or ecu)? The lady on the phone didn’t know the application for my mk5 gti. Will find someone else who is more knowledgeable.

I hope RS7 customers are not above someone that has a 2020 Golf R such as myself. At least mine was paid off within 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has lost all credibility they took my payment out twice and And told me it was declined then I paid in cash only to find out that both payments came out and my cash. When I showed them my bank statement and that it had come out twice they refused to refund me and blamed it on my bank. Then they said it was their processing company but there was nothing they could do again refusing to reimburse me. It's been 2 weeks now and still no reimbursement. This is bad business I will never deal with this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bad experience for the shop I spend here around $10,000 to tune my golf r I just Drive by one of my sprinter van somethings stuck in the brake I just ask them to help can you lift up the car because I have to go to Maple Ridge I don't want to risk my life if something wrong from the brakes‼️ He said no he's very busy they don't wanna spend me like two minutes to help me end me away for another shop I never ask him anything for free I just need emergency help they need to help me around 3 to 4 minutes but these guys refuse me I never come back anymore here I'm not recommend these guys at all they just looking for the money?
