★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent an email to the Jim Pattison Toyota to require a test drive. Their product advisor first told me that they have a car to do test drive and settled up an appointment. In the next day he suddenly asked me to order a test drive by paying $500 order refundable fee. He can tell me that at first email and I will be accepted and consider it. Now I don't feel very well after he asked me to pay $500 test drive fee even though it is refundable. Specially, you might have to wait 4 to 8 months to get a test drive.
Everyone knows there is shortage of the inventory due to the pandemic. I like the brank of Toyota but just don't know the new rule which is under Toyota's business market strategy or only belong to few dealerships of Toyota. It will be damaged the reputation of Toyota and a long-term strategy in the market.

My product advisor Dave Horton was very friendly, diligent, honest, patient and very knowledgeable! He was very professional and helpful throughout the process of buying my new car. Everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful! Would highly recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the reason I visit Jim Pattison Toyota Surrey is they give free car wash after repair. So I visit them but they didn't do it because they just finished up repair end of the day. and they want me to comeback another day for car wash. So I visit them again for car washing. And they break my trucks canopy key. I don't know why. They just need to clean my truck. Anyway they want me to visit the repair shop and fix it and they will pay directly to them for repair it. but they couldn't pay them and they make me paid for it and let me drive all the way back to Surrey to get my money back. what a wasting my times for this stupid happening. I will never go back. Destination Toyota is way better than them .

I just went to dealership to make certain inquiries but Shawn can be given full credit to help me finalise my purchase. Shawn was very helpful in making me understand all options-including choice of model, financing and insurance.
