Its my first time to bring my car to Freeway Mazda, and already impressed the way they treat their clients. Lee in the service dept was one of them. He explained to me everything from the start what to expect, the process and the duration of the service.
I believed that one thing that differs Freeway Mazda from other car dealers is the inspection video. The technician has sent me this video that shows his findings and recommendations to consider for my car care.
Overall i had a great positive experience in this dealer. No wonder Freeway Mazda was last year dealer of the year. Kudos to Mr . Peter Herbert for his excellent management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Freeway Mazda doing a recall repair on my Mazda3. I didn't have an appointment but they went out of the way to get it fixed by the time I was back from work. This would be 5 stars but I find their maintenance services 2x the price compared to independent shops. For my transmission oil service it was $300+ but I was able to get a quote from another shop $168 with the same Mazda fuild and everything. Otherwise the customer service is top notch and I left very happy.

Been a customer for a few years and always feel at ease with the level of professionalism, customer service and communication about car maintenance and repair. Always feel good driving my car off the lot, like a "new car" feeling with the car wash and vacuum options. I can trust Freeway Mazda with repair work, know they will do a great job with reasonable quotes and decent explanations of car issues using explanatory videos. Considering keeping with Mazda due to the level of service this location provides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freeway Mazda service department has been excellent since we have had our 2015 Mazda 3.
We go regularly for an oil change and have had major service done on our Mazda 3 at Freeway
Dealership service is usually expensive, but Freeway Mazda remains quite affordable. There's an added bonus of the quality and service always justifying the price for peace of mind.
We had our timing cover resealed back in October 2021, and it is still leaking. Very glad that they guarantee their service and work and provide warranty to correct this.

Peter, Tracey, James and the rest of the team @ Freeway will take good care of you. They are customer-focused and treat you like a person and not just another sale.
They got me much more for my trade-in than expected and managed to get me a new car in record time (for 2022 pandemic/chip shortage era)
There is a reason they are the top dealer for 2020 & 2021. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I typically have always gone to another Mazda dealership to get my car serviced as that's where I bought my vehicle from. After discovering that there's a much closer dealership (Freeway Mazda), I went there and was blown away.
From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I got my keys back, I was well informed of the timeline and details of the service. As if I wasn't impressed enough by the outstanding service, the card with mints and the care in detailing (wash and vacuum), I was shared a video of the inspection of the vehicle which really shows the level of professionalism and care.
Thank you so much. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
