He gave me a better deal for my van. Everything is done on time as he promised to me. I appreciate his service and recommend everyone to go to Applewood Nissan and meet with John to sell their used cars if they want the good value of their cars.

I was totally unsure of the car options and deals I would get, when I entered Applewood Nissan in Richmond Auto mall. Fortunately, I met awesome advisors - Richard and Nina they made this buying a smooth one. They were extremely professional, honest and helpful, and did their best for all the approvals, making sure they provide the best service to the customer. Extremely thankful to you guys .

The service manager there Ahsan has great hospitality and outstanding customer service, got treated with a nice cappucino while waiting on my service. This is my first experience here and i would highly recommend coming here for all your car problems. I will be a returning customer and let my friends and relatives know about this place everything was handled professionally. I am a satisfied customer THANKS NISSAN APPLEWOOD !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to start off, that if I could give no stars on a review I would do that for this dealership’s review.
I recently bought a new car from this dealership. First of all, the prices that they show on the websites did not match the price of what the employees at the dealership told us. We requested a break up of the costs multiple times but they kept coming up with excuses like their software has changed in the morning and we never received what we requested.The general manager was no help and just plain rude. He told us that the dealership can charge the buyer any kind of mark-up price. This is not our first time buying a car. We already have a Nissan rogue and we are super supportive and loyal toward Nissan as a company. But the encounter with this dealership was extremely disappointing and honestly embarrassing customer treatment from the management’s side.
Also, when they delivered the car, it had water spots all over it which are extremely hard to get rid of unless you use a special cleaner. I also received my car without its car mats; to which they said that they would deliver them to my house. HOWEVER, after calling them multiple times, I had to go to the dealership myself to pick up the mats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place you can go, starting from getting a car to service department, I have a frustrating experience in this place. Honestly I’ll never ever go to this place again for services. First they damage my car and wen I complained all the data from cameras was deleted, so I was not able to prove they have crashed my car. Now I just took my truck for service and after 3 day my car broke down in the middle of the the road and i was not able to drive. I took to this location, after 1 whole day there is not diagnosis and not date to when I’ll get my truck back. I have not other car for work and they definitely will no provide a temporary one. I feel so disappointed and mad. So if you want to be stress less better go to other location, for your service.
