β β β β β I canβt speak English well, but my partner spoke to doctor about my symptoms, he did only typing laptop. Not listening.
We needed family doctor but if he become my family doctor probably we will just be wasting time. Terribleβ¦

β β β β β The receptionist is absolutely horrible she should be fired, very rude and doesnβt know how to speak with patients. We confirmed yesterday about there walk in policy and were told that we can bring in our paraplegic client between 7AM-8AM. After arranging for him to be taken their we were denied any service and were told to find another clinic.

β β β β β This was my first time visiting this clinic so I had called before going. I told them Iβm a new patient they said youβll have to come and Dr. Parikh will be here from 8:30-10 I said Iβll be there in an hour. I confirmed with them twice if the doctor will be there for sure and they said yes. I was there around 9:10 and I went inside and told the receptionist that I had called earlier to book an appointment. She said they had reached the limit for today with some other doctor. I told her I had called earlier and was informed that Dr. Parikh will be here. The receptionist said Dr. Parikh is retiring and working from home today. The worst customer service ever. They should have informed me about the doctor not being there on the call beforehand. It was a total waste of energy, time and money.

Doctor Parikh has been our family Doctor for 20 years and we are so grateful of knowing him.
You could talk to him about anything just like a good friend about many problems and je was very helpful.
God bless him!

β β β β β Dr. Parikh has been my family doctor for 11 years now, long before he came to this clinic. I've even travelled to see him since leaving Surrey. Even when he's been away and during covid he's set up skype, email and phone visits so we could keep seeing him.
So sad he is retiring in less than a month. Five stars to you Dr. Parikh!

Iβm a patient with dr Aslam and at her last location getting a hold of them to book an appointment was impossible, now that sheβs at Evergreen itβs so much easier. Receptionist are super friendly and helpful even managing to fit me in with a doctor for an emergency appointment after my cat bit me. Amazing clinic and staff

β β β β β I had a pretty serious medical issue and went to the ER. The doctor at the hospital released me with no treatment with little concern to my issues. They did partial blood work and told me I was fine.
My symptoms got even worse a few days later and I was referred to see Dr Parikh.
Within 2 minutes he had hunch as to what was wrong with me (turns out it was pretty serious and if treatment was delayed it coulda been permanent) and instructed my treatment. He was bang on, in one month 95 percent of my symptoms went away. Never had more energy or have been this productive since I was 20.
If you're looking for a no nonsense effective family doctor I highly recommend.

β β β β β The receptionist is so rude. Doesnβt want to listen to the phone. Doesnβt want to make a conversation over phone. Always eager to just hang up on you. She hung up on me twice. What is she there for then? It is annoying. Itβs hard to find people with empathy and manners in medical clinics.
