F	Fancy Llama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you are there (speaking from personal experience) the doctor is good. But calling to set up an appointment has ALWAYS been a nightmare for me. They lady(ies) put you on hold, and shortly after hang up. They don't call you back, you have to call back, and be put on hold again. If you don't stress your disappointment of being hung up on, it MAY happen again. To me that's unprofessional. Why drop calls without a word. When you ask why they just apologize without any explanation. This happens to me every time I call to set up an appointment with my family doctor, who is great. Can't say the same thing about the receptionists.

She behaves like doctor .so stupid lady.

Illiterate receptionist staff I think there is. Really really disappointed with those ladies. Must be new, polite, and responsible front desk ladies are there.

We were forced to drive all the way from new west just to check if the doctor is available. Are you guys still living in the 1990's? Invest in a proper line, get a website booking systems and upgrade your customer support.

I do not understand why those physicians accepted to employ those staffs? are you really aware of what people are writing to you? I have complained more than once, by phone, reviews and even told the doctors there!!! I never recommend them and advice the doctors either to replace those staff or change the place

He wasn't able to explain his issue to the doctor but the young girl first took the time to understand his issue and then passed it to my dads doctor who was finally then able to give him the appropriate treatment and he has never felt better! Thank you Dr. Zack and Mindy!
P	PARNEET SIDHU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic service. This is what is wrong with Canadian Medical system. You have chase the clinic for the problem you are facing and they behave as if they are doing a favour to you by listening to you. On regular bases whenever you try to call the clinic, they never take your call, if you are lucky and they attend your call. They will put you on hold straight away without even telling you and then it depends on there mood of they want to attend your call again. I wish Govt. was holding some sort of surprise audits. They will see that our taxes and health insurances are going down the drain. Well never recommend them.

After doctor's appointment you will have to chase them and do continue follow-ups to get your prescription, lab requisitions and receipts. I can see everyone has mentioned same problem in their comments and I don't think so any one has done any efforts to fix this. It's better we move to different doctors who has better staff and knows how to respect other peoples time.
