★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store before closing and waited as he was helping someone else. There was an employee named Rudra, the moment he was found out it was not a postpaid activation it was a prepaid activation he said sorry “we are closed, I can’t help you I have plans” not happy with his service what so ever! He only cares about his commission not helping customer, highly recommend staying away from him and go to the other employees working there. The manager is great and very helpful but Rudra not so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a phone in July 2020 and because of network issues I returned it within 14 days howwever I did not get the full refund. When I tried to contact them for the amount outstanding they asked me to contact freedom mobile. When I contacted freedom mobile they told me to contact store you bought from. I never got a good response from both sides and they kept blaming each other. Still I haven't got my refund back and it is 2021.
