★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the WORST AND LOUSIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The woman who works there WAS SO RUDE. She acted and showed us a very ugly attitude. Considering she is an adult, SHE DIDN'T ACT LIKE ONE. I wish I knew her name. But she works weekdays and in the mornings. She is the only probably old woman who is working there in the morning. She is a regular employee. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK TO THAT PLACE ANYMORE. And I should make a complain in the Manager there about her lousy attitude.

Update: Jul 17, The manager took corrective action and resolved the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys got me out of a jam when I really needed it. They spoke to ICBC on my behalf and worked around some weird rules. Fantastic service and quick turn around! They are also open late hours and I believe they offer delivery for auto insurance as well!

I realized it was expiring after work, I gave him a quick call and he did everything over the phone for me. Rob is trustworthy, and informs you in great detail about your insurance policy. I highly recommend Rob for any insurance needs. Thanks for the awesome service, will definitely be coming back.?
