★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cynthia was super friendly, professional and efficient. Never had a bad experience withBMO but Cynthia was exceptional. Paid my tax bil, got my replacement debit card. Was really happy with the service today. All the customer service reps deal with people in different moods and even with the lunch time rush she was great. Thank you BMO for having great frontline staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst bank I have ever been in. Had my account for 1 day before I deactivated it due to the sheer amount of rudeness and unprofessional staff. Don’t even waste your time or energy banking with them, they can’t even be trusted to do their job properly. I would give 0 stars if I could, since they try to blame customers for their own mistakes. Save the headache and use TD (or any competent bank)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor attitude of team.zero empathy. rude staff. Needs training on customer service and bank processes. Got a credit card from BMO walked into the branch to get it activated and to verify my id. told me that they would need to call the call centre again and asked me to book an appointment to get this done. A total waste of time. Would never be banking with this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gone to this bank many times with my grandpa to help him with his banking. My grandpa doesn’t speak English fluently, but he is very independent so he does most of the communication himself. I appreciate that there were tellers there that could speak Tagalog like Cynthia and Nanette(?), but all of the tellers who have helped us have always been very considerate and remember him when we come to the branch. I’m very happy with the service we’ve received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an alert on the account that explained that a bmo atm withdrew $20 from my account, but didn’t give me the cash. I went in as the phone rep told me to go to the branch. It was a Saturday and the Spanish lady said she couldn’t credit me my $20 because no managers are in… After I leave she’s shouting at me to see if I want a line of credit…I go to Langley and the teller gave me the credit instantly and no manager was involved…
