Its a nightmare dealing with these people. There should really be a requirement for people working in these insurance places. They have no idea of what they are doing.

This location of Cascade Insurance at KG Blvd and 76th Ave is by far the best insurance agency I've ever dealt with. The agent took his time and gave me best advice that helped to save me thousands! I felt like they really cared about my best interest. Thank you so much!

They say that they have 15 years of experience, act like they have 100 years of experience and work like they have 0 years of experience. Not just 1 but I had 4 instances: 1-Moved from USA to Canada and moved my car along with me. After 1st inspection they said car can get registered but after trying for 30 minutes they could not figure out why can't do it. After another 30 minutes they said I have to wait for 3 business days to get form1 from icbc and then need to get done another inspection. In actual, when I called icbc/rmv they said I just need to email them inspection report and they can email me form1. Next day my another inspection was done and car was registered 2- When I registered car, they said, discount is applied (I had 5 years of driving history).I asked twice and they confirmed discount is applied. I was new to Canada, could not understand icbc papers. After deep diving at home, I found discount was not applied. Went back to them, they sent the experience papers to icbc, finally it took 3 months to apply the discount from back date. 3- Another car I bought from a dealer in ontario, sale tax was already paid there. They asked for sale tax again while registering in BC. I explained that sale tax was already paid but they said they are doing this for 15 years and they know what to do. Went to another insurance place, they charged 0 sale tax after confirming from icbc. But this place was over confident without checking with icbc. 4-More surprise - it was for a disability mini van for personal use. They said they will charge sale tax on whole car including conversion value. I tried to explain that there is never sale tax on conversion value for disability car but again same answer for number of years of experience. I called ICBC, they confirmed no sale tax can be there on conversion value marked for disability car regardless old or new , regardless purchased from anywhere in country. I hope if they read this review, they stop bragging for their experience which doesn't help customers.

Responded to my needs in a very professional way. I walked in the door not in a very great mood as I recently dealt with repairs and maintenance costs on my vehicle for inspection. I was focused on my personal problems and he seemed to have understood me and helped me change my mood. Great service! Thank you!

Cascade Insurance has been very professional and exemplary in there service. I have dealt with Mr TOHEEM numerous times in previous years and found that he takes time to listen to your requirements and than creates an action plan. I find that they provide dedicated and honest service. Thanks to the staff for giving such a great service.
