★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23-year-old broker/sole proprietor Sajan, not willing to call ICBC on client's behalf to get authorization # (like Johnston Meier's brokers will) in order to renew insurance when a successfully-appealed traffic ticket still shows as outstanding on ICBC's accounting end.
Was a repeat, loyal customer for at least 3 years for car insurance, but won't be back, nor will I recommend this broker.
Caused me alot of unnecessary grief and aggravation and and I ended up renewing with Karen at Johnston Meier in Port Coquitlam - a quarter of a gas tank later, when Sajan could have/should have renewed me, right across the parking lot from where I live.
Thought giving me a cup of coffee would fix 4 days of unnecessary grief and aggravation.
Will also be lodging a formal complaint through The Insurance Council of BC.
One star is too much.

The service I have received has been the best thus far. Everyone in the office is so professional, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail to ensure I understand. Sajan goes above and beyond with my family insurance needs. He explains the policy in detail and ensures it is understood. The office follows all COVID precautions, making my family feel safe whenever we need to come in. Thankful for Accost Insurance as my insurance is one less worry with a busy schedule. Another plus, insurance is dropped off at my front doorstep, and they are open until 9 pm!!
