Gurpal took care of my car insurance with extreme professionalism, gave me informative information about my current policy start to finish and had vast knowledge about his industry field. They know how to run a business because they cater their services to the client's needs (by thinking from the client's perspective).
For example:
1) Their business hours are convenient for those who work late. I know I can rely on them if I need anything because they are open late. If I am flying out of country early morning, they are the only office I can visit the night before my flight to cancel my car insurance.
2) And once I come back home (jet-lagged & all), I don't have to go visit them in-person (by Uber or Bus) to get my car insured again.
While other agents require you to visit their office (so inconvenient), Gold-leaf offers home-service by bringing the paperwork to your doorstep.
I just filled out their form online & boom, they brought all paperwork in less than an hour (on a rainy evening). My car was back on the road, without me having to step outside in bad weather (still jet-lagged mind you).
3) They also went the extra mile & put the decal on my plate. Nice touch which shows that they care & appreciate your business.

This time I had a wonderful over the phone experience, he took the time to answer all my questions and renewed my auto insurance so swiftly and eased all my concerns. He saved us a lot of $ on our private optional coverage and fully explained all my options. I was also delighted that they conveniently offered FREE delivery to my home. Overall, I always have the most positive and amazing experience with Goldleaf every time and would recommend this office to anyone in need of any insurance!!
