★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience - I called them to get a quote on travel insurance and spoke to one of their agents, Gurneet Bal. She gave me the quote over the phone and I gave her my email address and asked her to give the details of the policy in writing regarding the coverage she was promising.
She did send me an email to which I responded for more clarity as I could not find a couple of specific things that she said that the policy covers. Neither Gurneet nor any or their other agents responded to my query. Subsequently, I called their office four times over the next two days and asked to speak to her to get more information and get more clarity. I was told everytime that my message will be given to her and she will call me back. It has been over two days since my last call.
This is so shady. I feel sad for people who do not ask for things in writing and then get scammed by these people.
