G	Gurpal Dhoot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a Lohri a few weeks ago with 200 guests, it was my first time going to a Lohri and the space easily catered to that many people. Lots of parking in this plaza, but does get a little cluttered because of the design. Overall a great experience!!

Rishav, the banquet manager, went above and beyond - the appetizers and lunch were served on time with just the right amount of space in between. He was generous enough to throw in extra appies. The lunch was absolutely delicious and the presentation was excellent [especially the way the tawa sabji was served]. He made sure there were enough servers. The servers were very attentive and came by many time to serve tea and drinks. It was a wonderful experience and a huge thanks to Rishav for making it a success.

They have excellent food quality and the team on the ground goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. Our community has hosted several events there and we have always been happy with their service. Recently we had to cancel an event due to some tragical earthquake back home and the managment of Crystal at York were so gracious to refund the deposit and earmark it to go toward the earthquake relief. We will definitely do business with them in the future.
G	Gean1964 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want almost the entire full payment in advance and then will feed you stale food that is prepared in one of their other kitchen (one part owner also owns Delta Golf Course) and then transported to this hall. Our event start time was 6pm and cold snacks were served at 7.05pm. Dinner time was 9.30pm and once again cold dinner was served at 10pm. Very embarrassing as a host. Ray of hope is the 2nd part owner, Vick.

They should be careful with serving it and estimate carefully, most people did not get enough chicken. Looks like they are very miser and save their own money rather than satisfying their guests. This is not acceptable. If food was enough served I would have given 4-5 stars rating.
