N	Nina Halliday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A super spacious venue. I attended an African event which served Indian food buffet style that was delicious. Maybe they have a set menu, Indian food, and could not let the organizers prepare African food.

The entrance to the hall needs work, windows should have been sparkling, needs to remove the dead planters and beer can, the bathroom set up is a little strange. They try to have nice dividers but you can see they are trying to cover their storage. We arrived and the floors of the entrance was sticky. They could do a better job in their bar area to make it look nicer. Also appetizers weren’t served fast enough. You guys may want to rethink your server staff uniforms. The golf caddy style isn’t fitting for weddings or any event unless you are hosting a golf expo.

But the thing with I got more disappointed with the Supervisor working there. She did not know how to tackle with something. she cant even talk properly in English. Even her behavior towards not with the guests only but the girls working there was disgusting. I really appreciate the owners efforts they put on the Taj Park Hall I think they still keep on doing something new with taj park. But I really recommend you to work on your supervisor. She should have some manners how to talk. THANKS.

From the moment we made contact with them their service was 5* and we knew we were in good hands. They settled our nerves and made the process smooth and easy. On the day they delivered top quality food, decor and service. The new AC system worked fantastically, especially with it being an August wedding. They exceeded all expectations and I couldn’t be more thankful for all their hard work and effort. A truly professional service from start to finish ???.

I attended 2 parties here before it was renovated, and I must say that the new beautiful décor, especially the crystal chandeliers and the lighting were so appealing. The staff was so welcoming and attentive to all the party guests and provided great customer service. I was especially pleased with the outstanding service we received from the owner/general manager, He approached our table and asked to see how the food was tasting or if there was anything additional that we would like. He was very accommodating, and made sure everything went smoothly. There was a HUGE selection of appetizers and dishes, and a good variety of foods I hadn't tried at any banquet hall before. I can't explain how delicious their food was. They are definitely a MUST-try! Overall, this is a great venue with such amazing food, exceptional service, and professional manager and staff. Thumbs up for this banquet hall!

R	Raman Sandhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated my daughter Avaa's 1st b day here on June 2nd. EVERYTHING was taken care of. Hall staff made themselves available in all ways to help! Food was amazing. I was impressed with Jussy for answering and assisting me with set up and organization before her party! We have always booked our events with Kultar Thiara and we will continue to do so!
B	Bains Sukhvir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book this hall. I would rate it less than 1 star if it was possible. Terrible work ethic and customer service. This hall has been shut down by city but continue to take bookings without informing the customers. We had booked them for our wedding reception more than year in advance. The informed us about hall shutdown a month before our wedding. They only let us know because provincial government announced that banquet halls can open and the opening was before our wedding date. I am very sure they would have kept quite if provincial government did not decide to open banquet halls. They still did not inform us about full extent of issues and cancelled our booking with one month left and gave us unimaginable stress before our wedding. We had to look for other banquet hall in very busy wedding season and all our wedding invites were printed with their venue address which all went to waste. While they did refund our deposit they refused to take any accountability or compensate for money we wasted on invites. We found from multiple other couples they did the same thing to them and there hall was shutdown at the time they took our booking.
