Due to my work schedule, I personally could not be involved with as much organizing, communication etc. Which required my Wife to take control, dealing with Jim was an absolute breeze. With all the chaos of wedding planning on its own, Jim relieved us of a lot of stress. Our guests we're complementing the success of the party, and once again thank you Jim! His overall management is excellent, he was personally there at the event ready and waiting for us incase we needed anything at all. Food was great, bartenders were amazing and lets not forgot the in house DJ who really knew how to read the crowd and keep the party alive. Being in a customer service field myself I can truly recognize client care and you will receive that here! Don't hesitate to call.
W	Waheed Sabir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimate Fun. Good hall for medium party. Lot of parking options. Owner was pretty good and he is taking care of everything. Hall decoration was pretty nice and sound system was good. For sure they deserve 5 stars.

The decor is modern and inviting with a spacious dance floor, DJ Box, Buffet area and a large bar. They now have outdoor patio space too ! Bathrooms were clean! Great layout ! Easily reconfigured as needed. Highly recommended !!!

F	Farzana Shumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Ultimate banquet hall for my son’s birthday party and when I booked my husband went with me and before deposit we asked if the government extended the Covid restrictions then do we get a refund and the manager/owner Jim by name says yes you get the refund right away .Then the government extended it until 18 February 2022 and my program was on February 5th.Because of uncertainty I called him and request him for refund but he said he won’t be able to give now then set a refund date 18th of January on that day when I called he said call me back in the afternoon around 5 pm.The I called him 10 to 15 time he was not receiving phone call and shoot me a txt that he is with tv interview.I texted him you gave me today’s date and when I called you in the morning you told me to call back at 5 pm then if you knew you have tv interview why did you give me time like this.Tv interview normally set in advance.I felt harassed then.He said that he can’t give the money back now when everything opens then he will think about it.But it was not the term at the beginning and deposit money should not be used for business operation expenses purposes .Anyway his way of dealing with me was not respectful enough that I could trust in his words anymore.I decided to complaint to Better Business Burro and also Consumer Protection BC.Finally the consumer Protection BC were able to help me with the refund.I got my $1000 back.But the experience was very bad unpleasant with Ultimate Banquet hall owner/Manager Jim .I don’t recommend this banquet Hall.
