★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought battery operated toy...was informed can't return...what if does not work? Very rude clerk...manager not in...return policy not clearly indicated on receipt...i have donated $100 of items over the years..not any more...thank you for being Covid Grinch...do not shop here....1 day later...sure enough...inserted new batteries...does not work...they dont check any toys or items if they work..and they don't refund deffective purchase...beware...the product you buy may be a charitable donation...lots of more reliable thrift stores out there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good deals/sales sometimes (e.g. all sweaters $2 each) and often their clothing section has many good condition, new with tags and branded pieces with small factory defects for a decent price ($6-$12 for something that might have cost $20-$40+). It isn't the cheapest thrift store I've been to, but I'd say it's a good place to find higher end clothes for much cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place so many times the place is great and it has a lot of good stuffs. Unfortunately, today's experienced was horrible the cashier/salesperson name CHARANJIT was very very very rude. First, we asked for help to open up the locked cabinet and she told us to wait but then she never came to help us. So, we asked for another person to helped us. Second, we bought a bunch of clothes and I am certain that I am going to buy all of those and tried it on some of the clothes and she went ballistic and embarrassed us. But despite what she did I apologized. It was horrible experienced because I donated and buy a bunch of stuffs her. I hope this will not happen to other customers and hope that the management will take action for this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST!!! Extremely clean, and the staff is always friendly. I find many things here. Donations are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Almost everything here is in good condition. For parents, please don’t leave your children alone in the toy section. The toys fall down, and you don’t want your child(children) to get lost!
If you donate you get a 10% off coupon. I encourage everybody to donate!
