Ask for Jilly especially if you have any curl to your hair. Not only is a knowledgeable haircutter she is delightfully upbeat, bubbly and funny. And generous too. As I was walking to my car she chased me out of the store to give me a coupon for next time. It was an unexpectedly feel-good experience. ??

I and my kid got haircuts. Staff members are friendly and the salon is nice and clean.

The staff are not only fast but super friendly! Always a great experience!

Great haircut i got yesterday its near my house loved it Edit- i visit here most of times my recent visit was the worst visit the lady cut my hair in 5 minutes and rushed worst haircut i got i had to go another place to look better . When I complained with email nobody reached me back. I am not coming here again.

Diem is a wonderful hairdresser. She looked at a photo of the hairstyle I wanted (an impossible request) and told me she would do her very best. She did such a great job!

The cut was alright but the service was not. I called on Wednesday to make an appointment with Jilly, and was told no appointments, first come first serve or I can check in online. On Friday I went to be there right for 12 when Jilly was starting, I wanted to be her first client. There are lots of wonderful reviews for her so i wanted to try her. (This is my first great clips cut btw). When I checked in I also made sure to inform the woman on the phone that I specifically wanted Jilly. When my name is called and I’m claimed by someone who I don’t believe was Jilly as she was there before 12pm already with another client. I showed the woman a video of the hair cut I wanted and mostly received it for which I’m happy with. But I asked for a wash after my cut and a blowdry..to which she told me they don’t do that here. I need to make an appointment. I informed her I called Wednesday to make an appointment and was told it’s walk in. She said she could not help me so I didn’t wash my hair until I went back home. (For the record, I was informed a hair wash is $13 - I decided not to because I couldn’t get it styled). Honestly. I don’t treat myself often and I tried booking an appointment for a wash, cut and blowdry/style. I was told appt not necessary. When I ask for the service I’m denied because I need an appointment. You could have easily gotten a full pile of services out of me and extra products purchased had you just not played me around. I will return to great clips, just not this location. I didn’t feel heard or welcomed.

It's a good and clean place the ladies are very nice and soft spoken.Ms Jilly is good on small hair cut.The only thing I didn't like is they are very fast and they don't blow the hair stick after the cut, but if you are looking for cheap and best they are the one. They have lots of stores hair cut starts from $19 onwards.

Great Service as usual. Eman cut mum's hair did a great job. Sanitizing was put first after each customer left. Cleanliness was 1st, very impressive staff routine on safety of customers! Would highly recommend ? ?
