The free weights are always a mess. The gym goers here do not clean up after themselves at all. Best to steer clear from this gym location
S	Sierra Nicholson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can avoid this location , do it! I went to the gym for years. After moving, I am now at a different fit4less in a different city, but sometimes visit. I talk to the staff at the current location I go to, and tell them how filthy, and awful the Surrey fit4less is, and how the staff literally do nothing, and they are shocked! The people who go to this gym, don’t know the first thing about gym etiquette, from stinking without deodorant, to not unracking weights, to leaving dumbbells and equipment everywhere. This gym is disgusting, honestly. I can’t believe the staff members get away with weights being left everywhere.. an actual safety/tripping hazzard. I promise you the staff never clean the tanning beds, so make sure to clean it yourself before using!

Due to short hours there’s crowd in the gym. I am thinking to change the gym now. You people really need to change opening hours because there are no COVID restrictions now.
j	jalwa30 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They close the gym whenever they feel like it. Driving to the gym for 15 minutes to find out the gym is closed doesn't make any sense. No notification just put a sign up and close the gym whenever you feel like closing. No star rating would be better suited.

They’re closed on a weekday for some odd reason even though their official hours are 6 am to 10pm and there’s no notice put up outside saying it’ll be closed. Great gym though if you want to wait for hours outside the gym hoping for it to open soon.

Went the other day 2 hours before the gym closes and was told gym is closing in 2 minutes .. This is getting ridiculous.
r	rishabh bhoma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at 2.10 pm to check their notice saying gyms will close at 4p.m due to shortage of staff. But why was the gym closed at 2pm if the notice says 4pm? And secondly why do we care about your staff shortage; you own a gym and you gotta arrange it. Planet fitness never gives such reason?‍♂️. Worst service.
