I've become stronger and more fit and recently had success in my first Jiu-Jitsu tournament. The best thing about Gravity, though, is the people. Logan and Sophie set a casual but respectful tone, and have created a positive, supportive atmosphere. The instruction is also excellent, with lots of individual attention from instructors, along with a supportive atmosphere where everyone helps to elevate everyone else's game. If you're interested in Jiu-Jitsu, I whole heatedly reccomend Gravity.

I really didn't know much about bjj, and having since come early December, the coaches have been very patient with me. Even though I'm in a class with other people, they still take the time to make this experience feel personal and understandable. Would really recommend this school for anyone that's interested in the sport and have 0 knowledge about it.

Logan is an awesome instructor that is great at giving you the tools and support you need to develop your game. The people that train there are friendly and helpful to everyone, there is a great team atmosphere. Everyone is always willing to help you get better because it makes the whole team better. And the new gym facilities are a perfect fit for the instruction that goes on there. Lots of mat space, great fitness equipment and a nice open layout.

You have to command the respect of the students, while simultaneously keeping it fun. Professor Logan pulls it off really well. My boys are in different classes because of the age gap, so I spend a lot of time watching the kids - it's amazing how fast the kids learn. Myself, I really enjoy training here. The curriculum stays consistent throughout the week, and there are 7 fundamental classes a week. There are several different instructors, allowing you to learn different variations of the same technique. BJJ is a highly individualized sport, so getting different perspectives is important for beginners such as myself. The atmosphere is very positive. All of the advanced students are very helpful. Everybody here wants you to succeed, and it's contagious. The camaraderie is excellent. I've been training here for about 8 months and I haven't had any negative experiences with anybody. I look forward to training here with my boys for many years to come

Logan and Sophie are both great at keeping you positive. Logan is very good at breaking down a technique and teaching it to others. He is also excellent at making the training fun and positive for the kids. The new gym is great and has lots of mat space. Also everyone who trains there is positive and friendly.
