Since company has now changed management they have been horrible, don’t know what they’re doing. This company deserves to be shut down for scamming so many people out of money. New owner is claiming that their systems were down and they didn’t know what people owed. Doesn’t make any sense, this guy is clearly a scammer. Beware when joining this gym.

The employees are incredibly indifferent to anyone at all, and stand around chatting with friends instead of being vigilant and observant during their shift. I've also had the unfortunate luck to be one of the people they try to scam out of money, claiming to have unpaid gym dues when I cancelled my membership in person at the end of the 2019 and made sure i was paid up before I left. Seeing from the reviews, it's happened to a lot of people and I don't understand how new management thinks they can just make up charges for people who haven't even gone there in years, and expect them to pay it without trying to fight it.
B	Blaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this gym as I used to work out there solo and with a trainer for quite sometime. My son used to go with me, it became our second home. When the childcare portion closed I cancelled my membership as I could no longer use the facility. Recently I got a call from a collection agency stated I had an outstanding balance with them for over 100 dollars that goes back to 2019. Out of fear that this would hit my credit, I paid it. As someone who worked hard to get their credit in good standing I wasn't about to let something like this jeopardize that. Now reading all the comments about multiple other people having this same issue I feel naive. Naive in the fact that I paid it. I have recently emailed them in order to be provided statements and get confirmation of my payment. I'm not too sure what happened as this place used to be one of THE best facilities. I personally would not aquire a membership with them ever again and if one chooses to do so, be very careful.
u	umar tariq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym and the staff are very helpful. I resolved an issue with the Member Portal App in a day all due to the constant communication and quick responses I received from the Manager at Platinum. Would highly recommend to a friend.
T	Tiffany Tacofi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is terrible. Massive workout space BUT the customer service is horrible. Pay $60 a month and the women's sauna has not been open for months. Messaged management on their IG page, and they told me to leave the gym if I'm not happy and good luck on my fitness journey. After 5 years of having a membership here and constantly dealing with people not cleaning the machines, when restrictions for COVID were in place the gym did not follow them causing multiple outbreaks and FH to shut them down, onto of that every other machine is broken. I put up with the dirtiness for a long time because it was closest to my house but now realizing the management here doesn't even value my business its disgusting. Management just directed me how to cancel my membership without trying to make their customers happy. worst gym in surrey. Off to Club 16, Goodlife fitness or Anytime fitness. Thanks for nothing Platinum.
z	zainab khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been getting charged for over a year now even though I haven’t been to this gym in about eight months. when I tried to cancel my membership they tried to make me pay extra even though my contract had expired. they charge me almost $100 a month even though I have repeatedly said that I want to cancel my membership. Not only is the Staff rude the management is atrocious. now I have to keep contacting them or show up in person to figure this out and I’m not even going to get my money back.
