★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought frozen halibut at the Newton location and when I defrost it, the fish turn black and felt into pieces which tell me that it has been frozen for a long time. On top on this was new year dinner and no one has reach out to me. Not nice when you have been a customer since 2014.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought chicken leg & thigh & charged $4.19 per pound when everywhere els $3 or less ( also it wasn't fresh). I will never ever will go there again..... when I talk to them I didn't see any good customer service ? ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience there. I asked for specific taste and gurpreet suggested me the right choice which was mild in taste and flavourful. Chicken was fresh and everyone loved it in my family. Definitely going back there and will suggest my friends too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to give any star to them. We have horrendous experience with them. I am writing this on behalf of my wife. Today Nov 21,2020, My wife went to buy whole chicken from this shop and she ordered 2 regular whole chicken but they gave her free range chicken assuming that my wife want free range chicken. When my was paying she came to know that this chicken is free range instead of accepting their mistake they start misbehaving with my wife. she came out crying and shocked. I was their regular customer but no more going back after their awful customer SERVICE. I guess they are behaving like that because of their location and their monopoly. This kind of arrogance will give them result soon or later. Thanks for reading.
