★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service! I am a person who asks a lot of questions and will have researched stuff before I call a service person to the house. As a single parent with limited income, I don’t trust many people for repairs etc. He is outstanding and honest to the core. Sam was amazing in answering all of my concerns. He is so knowledgeable and skilled and gives the homeowner his full attention. He contacted me a couple of weeks later to see if everything was good. I’ve never had this kind of detailed service. I work in the public serving people in a professional environment and it was a pleasure having someone feel the same way about providing good products at a reasonable price. I will only call Sam in the future and have passed on his name to family and friends.

Our gas bill has always been high,(especially for the last few seasons) and wouldn't shut off the heat until we turned the switch off. We had a few "top rated" companies come in service our system, but not one of the 3 companies found what was wrong. They insisted I needed a new boiler, some even said I don't know how to use the heat in my house when I called back to tell what they did, didn't work...
I found Mr Fix it online, and they sent Sam, who was wonderful! Sam looked at the system and he offered to test the system. He found the problem and told us that this was the cause of the non stop heat and high bill. We decided to go ahead with the repairs and within a few hours, he fixed it, and showed us the difference. Sam recently followed up on us, which was impressive. I waited a few months to leave a review; and have confirmed that the heat has been working beyond great, and my bill has dropped by nearly $200 monthly. Mr.Fix It, Sam is a great asset to your company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Mr Fixit by a work colleague. I always like to ask around for a reference, and true to form, it worked again. Sam was pleasant and full of info, right from the minute he answered the phone, so we booked an appointment. Sam was friendly and punctual and very thorough. He worked to get our old furnace running and even assured us the furnace had life left in it, yet. The cost was very reasonable, and he even popped by after, for one last adjustment. This is a wonderful and caring company and Sam is very bright and knows his stuff. The best thing is that he’s passionate and true to his word, which makes all the difference. I recommend Mr Fixit without reservation.
