Still looking weight

Food and health can be emotional and not an easy subject to discuss so I thought I'd seek out Jenny Craig as their ads make them out to be compassionate and practical. A place that cares about their clients. This was the complete opposite of my experience yesterday. I called and set up a virtual consult having already been assured the food could be delivered. After a 30 minute phone call, during which I was made to feel ashamed of my career path (the consultant's comment was "well, we all need a paycheck"), I was told they could not deliver the food. They asked if I could pick it up. I explained that picking it up would require 3 buses and take 1 hour 40 minutes each way (which is why I wanted it delivered). It was at this point, I became a number to them and not a person. The tone went from caring to the money grab. Isn't there someone else that can drive you? Is there no way you can pick it up? When I answered no, the mood changed further and there was nothing they could or would do to help. They did mention they would leave my cart "open" should I decide to complete my purchase within 3 days. I told them my ability to get there wouldn't change in 3 days so to cancel it. "Are you sure you can't get someone to drive you". I'm incredibly disappointed with the experience. It took a lot for me to open up and make the call to get started and what upsets me the most, is the disparaging attitude I received when I told them the industry I work in (one that I love and a job that means the world to me). The consultant made me feel ashamed and that's not acceptable. Apparently their program works. I'll never know. I refuse to support a business that shames me.
