★ ★ ★ ★ ★ your shipping is so poor localy in Canada it took over 2 weeks it's look like I order in china... even I order in china they never took long time as you guys did plus I didn't even recived total items one were missing.. I think I will never buy any thing from your site ... I batter go to local store in Toronto or use amazon... sorry I never had so bad experience before .... well thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a few items on October 17. 2 days later they said one product isn’t in stock so I said cancel it and send the rest. October 28 got another email to say another product isn’t in stock and it all should be sent be the 3 November. It’s now the 5th November and havent heard from them. Just asked them to cancel my order - way too long to wait! Why not suggest a replacement or send what you do have?

Shipping is fast, I usually get my orders within a few business days. I’ve never had items arrive damaged, no wrong orders, and the customer service is fantastic. I also love the fact I’m supporting small and local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently placed an order from this company and received an email indicating that they were out of stock of the items but this clearly wasn't indicated on their website. Tried phoning the number that I was provided in the email but was cut off each time even though the recording said an agent would be with me shortly. Pretty nice scam these folks have going. If I don't hear back from them shortly, I'll be filing a grievance with Paypal.
