★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got one of the biggest unprofessional service ever from Mr. Balbir. He promised on doing catering for our family gathering but at the time of food pick up, he ignored our calls. After waiting for solid 1 hour, he said some items from our selected menu are not available.
He charged for coffee, tea and soft drink but never gave it to us.
He said that pakoras got bad and changed it to frozen tikkis.
He changed our sweet dish menu from Rasmalai to gulab jamun without even asking us.
What a frustration! Its like spoiling whole gathering’s mood.
The mix sabzi provided in main course was basically over and over heated Gobhi sabzi.
Please learn to do business and provide loyal service to your clients. At least give them the service they paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gathering during covid is difficult, but the banquet did an amazing job. Covid protocols were met, staff ensured families and friends social distanced.
Amazing sound system and the food was absolutely delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the food. The pakodhas were not cooked properly. They were fast cooked maybe at a higher temperature, but inside it was all dough that resembled a runny egg.
Eight of us complained. Yet, they didn't pickup the rest of the pakodhas from the smorgasbord even after informing the manager.
I finally insisted they remove the rest of them and make a knew batch. Instead, they cooked the same batch over again. That didn't even look freshly made and obviously didn't taste as it should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended place for parties. Owner and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. DJ could have been better, but overall We had the best experience. All our guests enjoyed the food and the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catered lunch was phenomenal - my entire office (75+ people) went crazy over the quality of curries. Menu - Butter Chicken, Sahi Paneer, Daal, Raitia, Rice with spice and peas, Naan and Chili Chicken Salad. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location & Banquet hall is fantastic. We enjoyed the tasty food and The Hall is clean and looks amazing with the Lights & furniture. The staff were friendly & service was first class - The new management have made big improvements to the service levels , I loved the disco lights and everyone had a great Time. The washrooms were super clean. Lots of parking and the staffed ensured everyone at our table was taken care of.
