Haven't received my parcel till now it's more than 7 days since it arrived in canada. Called customer service advisor couple of times, everyone is giving a new statement. One is saying it's in Richmond and the other one is saying it's in Ontario. Rest of them saying they can't track where my parcel is right now. Expert courier service in stealing people packages.

They provided a stellar service that suited best for my need. Office is well organized and clean. They offer all the World Class Courier services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Purolator etc. This is definitely my new favorite place for post and shipment.

The girl in front- Mansija, so illiterate that she doesn’t know anything about invoice. I sent a package to India, that girl doubled the things that I sent and she never looked at the price for each item. I bought things worth 400 dollars only and she charged me 580 dollars for sending courier. Instead of invoice that should mention only $400, it showed $1200. I asked her why it shows me $1200, she said the shipping is included. But still doesn’t make 1200, anyhow the day when the package reached India customs, I was charged $1200. That day I came to know that the custom duty is same as invoice and the items sent were worth $1200. That’s idiotic cos I never bought items for this much amount. I contacted here and they said they gonna talk to India DHL. Nothing happened, these people made excuse after excuse. I contacted India customs as well DHL India, both said it’s a mistake from DHL surrey. So at the end these people failed to get me a refund or anything that could have showed that they did anything in my favour- but no- no show, all these are fake sitting here. My package is still in India and nobody care about that. Don’t trust them, they won’t support you in any way regarding your courier, especially overseas courier service. At last- bakwas te ghatiya company aa.?????
