Paul was nothing but responsive and helpful and clear in his communication. The service was fast and friendly and professional. I highly recommend GPNS and know we will work with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we all are experiencing difficulties during these pressing times, I decided to use this service because travelling was not an option in August or September of this year.
My family in Dominican Republic was in need and I call GPNS Logistics to find out the process of delivering food and clothing using this service. I spoke with Ray and he assured me that they have delivered to Dominican Republic many times and there would be no problems.
What a mistake that was to believe him.
Oh yes the items arrived but the extra charges and fines I had to pay was not worth it. I lost everything. Over $2,000 CA lost, and now other people are eating the food and wearing the clothes I sent to my family.
Heads up! Caution when using this service you might end up loosing everything. This is the first time and the last.
Watch out for scammers, they are everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this company if they're able to help me ship Montreal Steak Spice to New Zealand. The agent who picked up the phone on May 30th at 6pm said "Montreal Steak Spice? What is that? Is that even an item?" So I answered, "Montreal Steak Spice? You don't know what that is? I want to ship it to New Zealand." The guy said "I think you got the wrong number."

Jeremy was my main contact and he was incredibly helpful, quick to respond and was always updating me on the progress of the shipment. I was shipping several shipments from different suppliers in Asia and was able to save some money by having the orders shipped together rather than having each order ship out from one supplier. It was so nice not having to stress or navigate the whole process. It was in professional hands and my shipment arrived at my door without me having to lift a finger on the whole process. Jeremy was incredibly professional, friendly and kind. I will absolutely be using this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience with GPNS logistic & Mr.Kevin. It was by chance that I happened to come across this company. I had very little time to move from Vancouver to Toronto during the Christmas-New year season. I needed a company that would make the process of shipping my luggages seamless and easy. Kevin from GPNS in Surrey was my logistics coordinator & he was proactive, worked within a very short time frame but was thoroughly professional, understood my urgency & gave me the best deal ever. I was able to ship 4 suitcases & a box with his help. It was door to door delivery (curbside pickup). This pickup and delivery very seamless and smooth. Mr. Kevin went out of his way in providing any/all assistance he possibly could to me. Since I needed it urgently shipped, he sent local couriers to pick it up, take it to the GPNS warehouse & he labelled my luggages himself and got them picked up by the trans country truckers. The quotation given my him was very affordable and reasonable as well. Within a week's time, my luggage reached me at Toronto. I consider myself blessed to have found this company. I would highly recommend GPNS to anyone & please choose your luggages being shipped through their trucks - as it's not expensive but very efficient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "G" in GPNS stands for "Global" and that's where the team at GPNS delivers for us. In seemingly impossible circumstances, we have been able to ship containers for better rates and better bookings than were available from anywhere else.
For over a decade, GPNS has "delivered" everything for us from small packages around the globe to full containers across the country and internationally. The paperwork is always done properly, timely and easily...and the follow-up service to ensure delivery is beyond expectation.
When we call, there is always a calm voice on the answering side and whether we're importing or exporting, GPNS always finds a solution - especially in these trying times!
They inspire confidence with their experience and even know where to call when a container is "stuck" to get it moving.
I truly can't say enough about their service and delivery!
