She helped us patiently with attention to details, and wrapped our package nice and tidy with a fragile label on it! At the end, she went through the international address with us again! The whole process was smooth and professional, we were so delighted that we choose this store and served by Pooja! She is awesome!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how the owners know everything and discourage you from rushing returns . I've been there twice with the improper paper work and they refused to send my package that not only tells me they're amazing people but are exceptional at what they do .
also have your best interests at mind...
I will always come back to send my packages with package depot. They're so Truthful honest and amazing service 5 stars from this old man

The shipping company I have used over the years for international packages (TNT) no longer offers their services to Canada and most of the world, resulting to only 2 shipping companies that the Packaging Depot can use. However, the team worked with me to find a solution, .providing extra care and attention to my packages and a discount on my shipping costs. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendly service and highly recommend the Delta Packaging Depot!
