M	Michelle Berera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't even talk to me on the phone. Customer service was awful. Kept telling me "just bring to me"...wouldn't answer any questions over the phone nor tell me if he could even do what I was asking. Won't be going there I guess.
C	C H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware- sloppy work! Brought a pair of heels in to have the worn rubber piece under the heels replaced. Should be very straight forward so I asked if they can rush it. No, they said they wanted to do a good job. A week later I picked them up and was disappointed at the DIY look of the job! The rubber piece they glued were left sticking out at the edges and it was very obvious. When I asked her to trim the excess, she took out a pair of home type scissors that were way too big to do the job, and attempted to fix it, but couldn't. There were also a couple of small scuffs on the heel, instead of pushing the leather back into place and gluing it, they just covered it up with polish. $12 for a couple pieces of rubber the size of quarters, and I had to take a box cutter to finish the job- what a rip off!
J	Jenni B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask if he could take the back seam out of a boot and then add a dart of material to widen a calf on my boots. He didn't know what a "calf" is, and he didn't know what I meant by a "dart." If you don't even know those two words, you shouldn't be in the biz. The repair I needed is pretty simple and pretty basic. If I had the sewing machine/leather needle I'd have done it myself. Pretty sad state of affairs. Doesn't have a good command of English and you need that if you're going to understand your customers. He just said I don't make them bigger. Well there's lots of ways to do that besides "stretching" them. Am going to have to find someone who knows their business better!
T	Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I asked to her to punch a hole in my belt and she told me to pick a size and measure it myself. I asked her which size she recommends as it was my first time there and she refused to help and said “u pick”. After I picked a size and showed her where to put the hole, she said I chose the incorrect size, then told me to go somewhere else if I am too sensitive? Was not helpful at all and was very rude. Do not recommend.

R	Rudi Ciccia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner and his wife should consider selling their business and retire. They dont know how to talk to their customers. Very rude attitude. When I dropped off my item to be fixed, they said they would call, they didn't. When I came in to pick it up, they increased the price from what it was a couple of dollars to $12. Then I asked to borrow to their ruler to double check on the measurement and the owner threw it across on the counter. Not even a thank you for my business after the transaction was completed. Look somewhere else. Somewhere that actually appreciates your business and the staff are approachable and honest. I wouldn't even give it a star but Goggle needs something so you can enter your comment.
N	NPN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a reasonable person, I always give a person a second chance. First time I went there to get my shoe repaired, I asked about a rubber sole. Was yelled at. Decided I would not go back. Gave it a year, thought I would try again, dropped a purse, asked to have them call me when the purse is ready. They said should be ready by Friday, I ended up calling yesterday and they yelled at me, saying “ we told you it would be ready. Don’t you listen?” I mean the nerve.

They have replaced a heel on my boots as well as an entire heel on some dress shoes. They are always friendly and explain everything to me so I know what's going on (because I have no idea how to fix it myself) Will be going back this weekend to have my shoes and boots polished. Thank you for always taking such good care of my babies :)
