★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke! Took a pair of flip flops to get repaired. Didn’t want my business told me it couldn’t be fixed . And were rude about it too. Not sure how they stay in business? But they won’t ever get any bussiness from me . Find somewhere else to get your shoes repaired . I’d give them negative stars if possible . Total garbage !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't even fix my shoe properly! When I pointed it out to the guy, his manner was so bad and was swearing in Korean while his wife was showing it to him. ( I know that Korean word) He took it back and just dabbed randomly with some glue, that's it? Avoid this place if you can. I came here because it is closer to my home but now I so regret about doing so. Not worth the money! And super bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for almost a decade. Got my boots repaired here, just got 3 residential keys cut here for only $4 each! Much cheaper than other locksmiths. Keys worked great. Yes they aren't super friendly, they wont greet you with a big warm bubbly smile, but they have always done what I needed to be done quickly and for a low price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had keys cut at this store and they did not cut it accurately as I'd have to move the key out to make it work. I went back to let them know and the lady was nice trying to fix the situation but the guy went ballistic and was yelling. Totally unprofessional and I would never give them business again. Too bad because it would have been nice to give business to a mom/pop operation in the neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited them to have six keys cut. Prompt, friendly service, so I'm a bit surprised at all the reviews with the 'owner rude' comments. Keys work just fine abs were reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the hours posted in their window are not accurate, so I showed up twice only to find them already closed. Before making a third trip I thought I better call ahead. He answered and apologized for the early closures.... So maybe call or confirm closing hours first before heading over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off a handbag to repair. A Korean lady took my order. I did notice her English is not good at all so I explained to her slowly and repeatedly. Until she nodded her head to me that she understood. The next day, I went to pick up my handbag. They did it in the wrong way. I told her she had to fit it. Then she told me I had to pay first if I wanted them to fix it. I paid and went back there a week later to pick up. She handed me my handbag without any fixing. I couldn't believe it, she told me they wouldn't fix it because it wasn't their fault. It was my fault because I gave them an improper instructions. I realized that why she asked to pay before repair again. She planned right at the beginning not to redo it at all. I don't believe that kind of way to do the business can survive any longer. My recommendation is to void going there to do any business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: don’t go to this place. Save yourself the time, unprofessionalism and bad experience.
Had my new flats taken in to add extra insoles on the bottom of the shoes for it longevity. Even getting pass the ridiculous price, they returned my shoes with a cut on the side and only laid out excuses. They were so rude and arrogant, and not remorseful at all. Unbelievable experience
