★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempted to cash my Canada Post money order here. First the worker told me he was new so he'd need to call his boss to figure out how. After they spoke in a foreign language for a few minutes right in front of me he said they don't cash cheques here. I tried to explain that it's not a regular cheque, it's a Canada Post money order he still said no and told me to go to a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, not as quick as I expected it to be but.. there’s that bald man with glasses that handles stuff very quickly and sorta rushes, I wanted stamps and he thought I was a stamp collector so he found the most expensive stamps possible until I told him all I need to do is mail. It is ok though, I came here for flexdelivery and their service is good. All I need to say is they need some more space and they need to have more cashiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old guy there (I am not young either) would not let me use their hand cart to bring in my big heavy box which a friend helped to put in my car. I had to carry it in and was not easy. So if you need to do the same invest in a hand cart of your own. Was it a racial issue? I don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only if I could not give any stars. That Asian man just fantastically not happy with his job. I just wish there is notifications or memos at the counter listing all the stuffs that they wouldn’t provide help, every single thing that I asked for help, he said no, you have to prepared yourself well before going there, they only collect your mailing fee and scan your item and give you receipts, that’s all he does, besides that, he won’t take any action just say no to you, no matter how awkward in a situation you are. Please keep this in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST POST OFFICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The older Asian man who works at the counter is extremely rude, did not answer my inquiry, and will NOT help you with anything. Looking at the other reviews here, it appears I'm not the only one who had to deal with him. Just call Canada Post and file complaint if you have a bad experience with this office, it takes 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I have to go to this post office I pray the old Asian guy isn't working because he's extremely rude and probably the worst person to work customer service. Doesn't say hello or goodbye and is just a real downer. Boo ooooo to him. Maybe get a new job if you're that miserable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is professional. I usually just drop off package there, so they process it really fast. However there is always a long line and the customers before me always take extremely long time. Since there is social distance measures and people have mask required so I don’t mind that much wait inline :)
