β β β β β Please check the prices at UHaul before buying from here. I found that a couple of low frequency items were a bit cheap but medium boxes (the most you need) were costlier than UHaul site itself.
The owner was a nice man though and helped us patiently and also loaded the stuff in the car.

β β β β β I've been a customer of theirs for over a year now and every interaction has exceeded expectations.
It's funny to say about a storage place, but they've got a team that actually cares.
When I call they're extremely friendly, and upfront. Recently I got a second storage unit with them and they made life as easy as possible and described the pro's and con's of each unit clearly enough over the phone we were able to get it without visiting first. When we came in to use the unit for the first time it was even better than they led us to believe!
There's always plenty of flat carts to use (I've never seen less than 3 available), and everything is in great condition.
They even have jokes in the elevator and a bit of art work in the facility which is a nice touch!
I highly recommend Burnaby Self Storage, they're a company that cares and values you!

Needless to say, the team from the first day been friendly and have gone above and beyond to always help us out. When we need storage again, we'll definitely be back. β β β β β While trying to escape a bad situation..Burnaby storage staff have bent over backwards to be patient and accommodating with regards to my rather high maintenance requests and needs.
I am extremely thankful and appreciative of my experience everything up so that I can breath again knowing that I still have hope to set up my home again one day.
Thanks again for being a ray of sunshine in an otherwise almost impossible set of circumstances.
I highly recommend as I phoned over five different places and none where able to offer such outstanding service nor accommodate my needs whatsoever.

β β β β β I was thoroughly pleased with my experience here. I rented a U-Haul from this location and everything was so quick and easy! Very professional and wonderful staff. Definitely beats going to a large U-haul location and having to wait for quite some time. I will be back when I require moving supplies and a Uhaul

β β β β β So glad we went with Burnaby self-storage! It was further out than we initially wanted to travel, but the staff more than made up for the distance. Eric, David & Ricardo have been so, so, so great to deal with! This team helped us navigate a very slow and difficult move, with a last minute change of storage when I had underestimated the amount of goods we had. The security and facility has also been top notch. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!

β β β β β This is the worst storage company I have ever felt with in my life. These people are completely doing everything in their power to βcancel your contractβ if you do not pay them on the exact first of ever month.. so that they can auction everything you own off.
They are very happy to text, email and call you several times a day when you owe them but once you pay and need an invoice or any assistance whatsoever.. suddenly they are unavailable for days on end.
The storage units are tiny for the price and these people are just waiting to pounce on you and take all of your belongings. Extremely over priced compared to the multiple other storage companies Iβve used. 10/10 do not recommend. I cannot even express how much I regret supporting this company.
