★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the previous post. I would not order masks from here again. I understand the COVID delays but using Canada post is pretty ridiculous. My order hasn’t arrived but was shipped last week. It’s scheduled to arrive 9 days after being shipped!

I received my order with a free gift (extra masks + door opener).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID delays aside, this was not a company I would order from again. I ordered some products on Dec. 22nd - it's January 14th and my expected delivery date (not set in stone) is the 19th. I understand that mask supply (especially N95s) is limited however, there was no communication regarding the delay and update as to when I would receive my order. Using Canada Post is tantamount to the Pony Express - there are other much more reliable and speedier options. This company should rebrand given that the only thing that happens in 72 hours is that you might learn why your package has been delayed - but only if you call to investigate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for N95 masks for kids in December, while the kids were home, so as to plan for their school return in January. There were delays in the shipment for sure, but I expected this during the holiday season, and because of COVID, unfortunately. The company communicated with me regarding the delay and apologized. When the orders arrived, it came with a letter, and bonus gifts as a way to apologize for the delay. I appreciated that. The N95 masks came in a box, individually wrapped, and were of high quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always get my order within 4-5 business days. They don’t force you to buy huge bulk orders, however they are available if you so choose for a discounted price. Mountain House is the only (worth your money) ready made meals in Canada that have a considerable shelf life of 25 - 30 years (some have shorter shelf life, but there’s lots of options for what you’re looking for)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even begin. I bought a backpack from them 5 years ago had was so satisfied that instead of just replacing the food and water I bought a whole other one. Came in today with a broken zipper. I sent an email, got a reply in a few minutes and that the situation was fixed to my liking within an hour. Amazing customer service, great quality products. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs an emergency kit( a.k.a everyone)

They were inundated with orders for masks and were also hampered by inclement weather and still got my order out in reasonable time, high quality N95 masks. They also communicated to me that there would be a delay and sent a free gift. I would definitely purchase from them again. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended.
