★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a contractor and customer of a decade, I have to say that this supplier gets worse and more unfriendly every time I go in here. The inventory is unsatisfactory, the service is downright awful. Everything I order that they say takes a week takes 2-3 weeks.
Any other entrepreneurs out there, Richmond desperately needs another welding supplier.
Use online mail order whenever possible. Is MUCH faster and cheaper.
UPDATE: there are ALL new counter people. Happy ones who appear to be interested in doing their job. Maybe this is the turning point?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wasted time coming in for a tank after calling the centeralized number. They said the Richmond location has stock and the staff wasnt even sure if they did when I got there, they just asked around to each other like a computerized inventory didnt exist. I would assume end of year inventory would be a disaster at any retail store if proper stock checks are never done.
