★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage quality tools and service. Tried to exchange a Fastenal branded tool after it failed and they refused... why would we as a company want to buy tools from a place that won’t even warranty their own brand?? Far too many options in the market than to deal with Fastenal ever again. Acklands, Weber or even Princess Auto is better as they’ll stand behind their products. As a business owner myself I’d be ashamed if that was our level of customer service or product quality.
