Refreshing experience after so many bad shiesty dealers out there. Only complaint is poor tracking of vehicles and advertising of vehicles not on the lot.

This is the 2nd truck I have bought from Dueck, over the last 3 years.
Thru the sales process the staff take excellent care of their customers,
This most recent purchase I made was a 2020 GMC elevation, I dealt with Roberto, He is a true sales professional thru and thru. NO high pressure, NO schemes, Just straight shooter with a honest and make it happen professionalism. I drive a hard bargain, Do my research and both times have left feeling like I got a extremely good deal.
The sales mangers are professionals and have all the right moves to ensure the best deal (price and value) possible is made.
If you are in the market for a Chev or GM this is the place to go,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there today looking for a "transom saver" type devices thinking I needed one (thanks to the internet forums).
The guy reassured me I didn't needed one for my boat and engine size. He could have simply sold me what I asked for and made a quick buck but instead he gave me advices and 10 minutes of his time free of charge.
I would take my business there in a heartbeat knowing they are honest and aren't trying to make money at the detriment of the clients.
