E	Erik Blaney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 22' 2017 Welded Aluminum boat that had some wiring issues right off the lot. Brought the boat in for bottom paint and it sat outside for 4 days and filled with Rainwater as the bildlge was not wired correctly. After getting the bottom paint done and having the electrical work done I was left with a very hefty bill which M&P has still not reimbursed me for. It's been almost a year since I've had the boat and have e mailed a number of times what the issues were and they have still not responded with any solutions to address the leaking windows or electrical work. I would steer clear of any smaller boats as I've heard of others having issues with the rigging right off the lot and not being compensated for the list of issues. I dont normally rate a business negatively but this was a very large purchase for my family and we feel totally burned by M&P. The salesman was super courteous and has tried to move our issues up the chain however his attempts have been totally ignored by the head office. I would not recommend buying a boat here.

When I Took the boat out a problem occurred I contacted Caetano Pilotto and he was very professional got the boat back in right away and everything was was addressed and went beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They dealt with everything very professional. Happy customer

He handled everything from negotiations with his boss, to organizing the undercoating and other things needed by the service team to pull this deal together - in a tight timeline. His knowledge, additional time spent researching things we requested, like the windlass anchor - went above and beyond! He provided his cell number and was quick to respond to any questions, even outside normal work hours, when we had time. Our family was dealing with a health crisis throughout this purchase and the compassion and patience Boyd showed was something we will never forget and it didn’t end when the deal was done. We have already recommended this dealership and Boyd to friends and would not hesitate to purchase from M & P again.

Bought a $4400 kicker else where. Many times when needing parts no answer. Had an experience where they refused to return an item. Washers at $130 value not needed for injectors. I just needed gaskets. Huge fuss. I probably spent over 1500 dollars in parts at this store over the years. 3 stars unless they fix the internal problem. Used to be a good store.

We worked with Boyd Roe and Lyle Williams on the search for and eventual purchase of our beautiful new boat. It took months to find and when we did, the process was very smooth. The boat needed some work so all of it was completed at M&P and it now looks and performs like a brand new vessel. We could not pick it up right away and there was no problem with it residing there for a few extra weeks while we sorted our moorage. On the day we finally put her in the water, we did not have a part that was absolutely required to launch - we called and Boyd hopped into his car and drove it down to us within a 1/2 hour of our phone call. We highly recommend this business and especially Boyd and Lyle! Thank you!!

Thanks a lot guys great job getting it on and ready for my fishing trip! They even crated the new one and got it dispatched to a buyer from Kijiji that I lined up. Great helpful staff. Most competitive price for the 150 xl. 1000 dollars cheaper than everyone else and they had it in stock, no delivery time. Great for procrastinators like me.

I didn't end up buying the boat, but the service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate going back and recommend you give them a look!
d	david anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible customer service, called for a bilge pump switch and was told they only do replacement parts for boats they sell. asked for a call back from a more experienced parts sales person and got the same guy calling me back, who couldn't search the part number i gave him from the western marine catalogue since they weren't " Boston Whaler or SeaRay part numbers". asked what brands he carried since Rule, Seaflo, Bluesea and Seadog aren't in their inventory anymore and he said only parts for boats they carry, like seriously? ..apparently they are no longer to boat marine parts store?
