Yesterday I went to purchase accessories and some repair fabric and guy in the shop took his time and was knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall satisfied.

A	A M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my fist inflatable boat from this guy long time ago. Actually the boat had already gone. I just find my way to give this guy some review here to share my experience. My 11ft was OK to last 2 season and transom fall apart. Their shop was not opened during the winter since owner back to Russia, I had to wait couple months and spent couple hundred dollars to get it fixed, they didn't provide warranty to cover this quality issue, I got no option. But the repair only last a few months and same problem was happened again. I had to walk to another repair shop. But the new repair shop told me it was quiet often to happen on those low quality boats, and it was hard to repair the transom for the 2nd time. Finally I throw it to the recycle depot to get another one. Finally I gave 2 star to this company since price was cheap. If you assume to use the boat for 1-2 years, you may still want such a low cost boat for short term. My another friend also had a similar experience, you pay what you get and it is so true.

Every item I have bought has stood up to rugged use. Never was I told to pay cash to save tax or denied a receipt. Maybe people should not write fake negative reviews to get their jollies. I would recommend Aquamarine anytime.
L	Larry Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say anything positive about this boat. When new 2 of us (about 300 lbs) were always wet in light wind conditions with a 2 1/2 hp Suzuki. The boat has seldom been used ( maybe 3x2 hour trips for 6 summers ). It holds air well enough but I can't keep up to repairs on the failing glued joints and attachments ( seams, oar mouths, transom etc.). I'm on the west coast. I've not seen or talked to anyone that has had issues this bad. I'm looking to replace it with a 12 year old AB that looks new. This one is going to the dump. Maybe they will give me something for the aluminum floor.
M	Michael P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in 2011, I bought a 12.7 ft inflatable boat from this store. The boat, when it came in was in a great condition. However, one of the oars were missing a hole. This was just a simple production error and when I went in to exchange it, the guy there was more than happy to give me a new set of oars. The boat itself has had a few flaws that started to show when riding it, such as a slightly leaky air valve for the floor compartment, and the drain plug which wore out after a few uses. Since 2011, I have only had to go in for repairs 2 times for the above reasons, and both times it was done for free. Top notch customer care even without being paid. That really shows how much they care. I have recently finally upgraded to a new boat, and after 8 years of use, the boat STILL has plenty of life left in it. No leaks or tears anywhere. I did take good care of it, such as rinsing it down after each use and cleaning it. The boat has been an absolute warhorse, having been to places in some seriously crazy conditions. The boat has held strong each and every time. It's been an amazing 8 years with this company, and I did not regret my decision to purchase a single time.
M	Marin Ujka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update on my 11 foot inflatable boat, people be aware of this quality made of these boats, the two of the seams unpatched and came loose in the middle of osoyoos lake on Thursday of 25th july 2019 , boat was bought on 27 July 207 , kept in stored inside not outside, we have used it not more than 8 times for 2 years and im glad we are still alive me eith my wife and 5 years old son. Thank God from a couple who lived in osoyoos who saved my wife and son and took them in their boat , and the coast guard who followed me with one chamber inflated to the shore. Well said you get what you pay for. To bad i paid cash and dont even have a receipt. Wish i could of have the option to rate as a no star. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL OUT THERE

The first one, a 10-footer bought in 2007, lasted me 6 years, and got ruined when I failed to dry it properly before putting it in storage for the winter. The transom rotted and that was the end of it. My mistake and lesson learned. The owner of Aquamarine boats in Richmond was sympathetic and offered me a very good deal on my second boat back in 2014. I now make sure to clean and dry the boat carefully every winter after the season is over. It's been 7 years of heavy use and the boat is still going strong. Valves, seams, oarlocks, oars, everything works perfectly. A few punctures and cuts have been easily and adequately fixed. I recently added wheels and a few other accessories and I can't be happier. The boat is good quality and Michael's customer service is top-notch. For the price, it is impossible to find a better deal and customer service in the LML. Thank you Aquamarine for the many years of endless joy!?
