We had this company install a highend Silestone Countertop. They absolutely butchered it. Just one example is that the gaps against the wall are up to 1/2”. The overhang varies from 1” to 1 3/4”, There is a chip on the corner of one of the counters, none of the cuts are 90°, the sink cut out is a Radick therefore the accessories don’t fit properly. We have contacted the representative Matthew on serveral occasions and have asked them to come remove the item and return the money. And I was hung up on.

disappointed the scale stops at 5. minstar should be a solid 10/5 for the effort and perfection they provided for me. the request i gave them was a little absurd but they still managed to pull through and comply with my requests. the two workers, billy and jimmy, are the biggest and strongest boys ive ever met. these boys carried my piece easier than when brian shaw deadlifted 1128 lbs. ive never been so impressed in my life. these boys inspired me to start working out and i am hopeful to have a company like minstar one day with the amount of dedication they provide.

Minstar Granite has been a great and helpful service, they are very responsive and are incredibly quick with our custom countertops. I believe that they are very affordable and will answer any questions you may have. I can't stress enough about their working staff on how fast and efficient they are and props to Matthew for handling everything (he was constantly getting calls from other new clients and jobs).

I was referred to this business by a good buddy of mine. He said the level of professionalism they had was superior. And I agree wholeheartedly with him. The service for this business was immaculate; they were incredibly responsive and punctual. Also, the quality of their countertops feel extremely high quality and forever lasting. I highly recommend using their services if you are looking for a bang for your buck. I will definitely be going back to them for any of my upcoming houses in the near future.

I recently had the opportunity to renovate my kitchen and decided to go ahead and get granite countertops for all the surfaces in the kitchen. I previously had granite countertops as well, but I quickly grew out of the colour, the material looked "dull", and surprisingly, it didn't seem very sturdy....so I figured I needed to change it up. I researched a few companies to get this job done and narrowed it down to the Top 3, and obviously Minstar was one of them....I was looking for quality products that didn't cost an arm and a leg. After weeks of careful contemplation, I decided to give my business to Minstar and gave my trust to their professionals in renovating my kitchen. I contacted Matthew, and got a response by the end of the day, and from then on, we set everything up and the entire transaction went smoothly, Matthew was quick to respond and during the renovation process, his guys were professional, diligent, and brisk to say the least. I had a conversation with one of their new guys, Jimmy, and he had told me he started this not too long ago. My expectations were blown away, despite being new, he worked as if he's been doing this for years, an outgoing guy who works hard...To the executives at Minstar, you found yourself a good one in Jimmy. Besides the great customer service, Minstar kept their promise and gave me the kitchen my wife and I had always wanted. The material didn't feel cheap, the options were grand, everything just fit perfectly. I cannot stress enough how great everything went, as much as I give my applause to the Minstar team, I kind of want to applaud myself for finding such a great company that delivered quality for a great price. I'll definitely be recommending my brother in law and the rest of my family members and friends for any sort of granite installation in the future. Thank you Minstar!
