Mark and his service team are the most knowledgeable Yamaha service providers anywhere. I bought my first new boat 30 years ago from Galleon and they handled all my servicing needs. I upgraded to a bigger boat a few years ago and wanted Yamaha outboards to ensure quality maintenance and service from Galleon. Mark really goes out of his way to help you with your needs regardless of your understanding of marine mechanics. Thanks Mark and team. I can't say enough.

Commodores Boats recently has installed a couple of bow thrusters into Galleon's customers Kingfishers. Those customers speak highly of the staff at Galleon. My personal experience with Mike in sales has been top notch. I would recommend them anytime.

Galleon replaced my old outboard with a brand new 20hp Yamaha. Very happy with the job. Everything done the right way, the first time. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

So having just bought my third new boat in 20 years (Kingfisher 3025) and having had some really poor difficult experiences with other dealers in the lower mainland of BC, I was very gun shy and untrusting of all boat dealers. Galleon Marine has changed all that, and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone buying a boat, aluminum or otherwise. Everything that was asked of them, the answer was almost always no problem and they followed through. With the current supply chain problems from the manufacturer, they ended up having to source my boat trailer, Yamaha Motors and also had issues from their electronics supplier on the VCR AIS Radio which they did source independently and they did it happily making many extra phone calls and coming through each time. There were 2 or 3 minor warrantee issues with the boat and Galleon jumped on that and resolved all issues immediately. Mike was amazing and very patiently gave my wife and I training on all aspects of the boat and he also preloaded all our Garmin equipment and set up numerous charts/screens the way he would run the boat. He got the nickname Hollywood as he even allowed us to film him extensively regarding training. Lastly Galleon is located on the Fraser River, I was very impressed when they suggested I leave the boat there for a number of days, run the boat and get the 20 hours on my Yamahas so they could perform the 20 hour service before I run the boat back up to Pender Harbour. They have the ability to lift most boats on their ramp and service in their year, this is a wonderful service. This also allowed my wife and I to get used to the boat, ask questions and during this time we did identify a few minor issues which were quickly resolved. Galleon Marine should put on training seminars for other Boat dealers on how to excel on Customer Service, I would highly recommend them to anyone! Really the only thing missing was a couple of snazzy new Galleon Marine ballcaps sitting on the captains seat, but.......Just kidding!

From out of province and found Gallion Marine on the web as our local Yamaha dealers could not source parts soon enough and are swamped. Had the pleasure of dealing with Wai in parts on two separate occasions. Wai found all the parts I required both times and they were expedited priority as requested. Wai would always return calls/emails in a timely manner. Great to deal with! Thanks you so much. Still waiting on parts from the local dealer.

I recently purchased a Yamaha 6HP from Galleon. Got the best price in the Vancouver area. Mike was great to deal with and patiently showed me all that I needed to know to operate and maintain the engine.

As always Galleon was great. My first call to them they welcomed me to come down and take a look at their engines. They were helpful when it came to explaining my options and what would work best for me. I could not leave without buying the engine. Its the second one I have purchased here. Ian and Mike were great with service. Highly recommend using Galleon.

I bought a used outboard from Mike and a week later I had to bring it back due to some issues. Even though we couldn't replicate the issue I was having, I explained that I just didn't trust the motor after the trouble it gave me. He sympathized with my position and I suggested an option that would make me happy. He discussed it with the manager and in the end I walked out the door happy. It was no hassle and they were very reasonable. It was refreshing to see that Galleon shows the same level of service and respect to ALL their customers and not just the guys buying $250k+ boats. That hasn't been my experience elsewhere. Galleon will definitely be getting any of my boating related purchases in the future. Now I just gotta find $250k.
