We moved this past week with quite a full house and many difficult items (heavy piano and big antique wooden beds) that require special attention. Not only were they very communicative and professional throughout, their knowledge when it comes moving big, awkward pieces made many miracles happen for our move. Thank you again!!!!!!
G	Graham Christie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, thorough, and quick! Rented reusable moving boxes and James was very accommodating for delivery and pickup. Movers moved a 1 bedroom apartment which included a king size bed, peloton, 65" TV, a sectional couch, other assorted furniture, and 20+ bins without damage from Vancouver to North Vancouver from 9:00 to about 1:30 which included a 30+ minute delay due to my building manager on the North Vancouver side not having the elevator locked off and ready upon their arrival. The movers themselves were young, strong, polite, friendly and fast. My moving day unfortunately coincided with a day that the City of Vancouver decided to close my street and replace a sewer line. I contacted the movers approximately 45 minutes prior to arrival to let them know that building access would be limited and we may have to move through the back alley instead. Upon their arrival, they spoke to the City workers, explained the situation, and got permission to park between their machinery in less than 10 minutes. Lastly, I think it is human nature to be concerned when strangers are in your home and handling your belongings, but these concerns were very short lived with the two movers that arrived.

We have moved previously from many different locations and had the most supportive and organized move thanks to the team at Rainforest Moving! Not only were they careful about moving/disassembling our furniture, but they were on time and so calm and efficient. It is very stressful to move and I feel like one needs a supportive team that can show up and support an organized transfer paying attention to your items and valuing them as much as you. I would for sure go with this company again in the future! Thank you for your professionalism and organization.

I asked Rainforest to help me to move in November and they sent two guys, Ned and Aaron. Both were really friendly and professional and got a fairly large one bedroom apartment move done before 3pm despite my last minute asking for help also packing remaining items in the kitchen and entrance closet! They also padded and taped all major furniture to protect edges and delicate parts, and also disassembled AND reassembled large furniture for me. I was also able to rent and keep the blue bins with all my packed materials for 30 days while I put things away. Eighteen days later I was finished with the bins and the owner came by at a convenient time to pick them up. If you're contemplating a move consider renting their stackable blue bins and use recyclable packaging paper. Bubble wrap is expensive and cardboard boxes have to be taped. And if it's too much to handle all the packing, these guys will help with that too! Thanks again for your help!

I liked how he was clear in what we needed to do to get ready for the move, he even gave us a booklet with moving tips. On the move day they showed up a few minutes early, we had 2 trucks. The guys were all very polite and personable and professional. The move went very smoothly. Highly recommend!
