WOW! My husband and I just stayed here for a week. We were impressed by The Westin from the moment we checked in. This hotel is SUPER clean, quiet and the customer service was impressive. The pool and hot tub were incredible. The products (shampoo, conditioner) are high quality and smelled so good! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here next time we are back in town. Thank you Westin Wall Centre! Keep up the outstanding work! :)

Nice hotel. Decent food selection at hotel. Restaurant not open late but easy location to order in. They will assist with airport transportation which is a nice feature since they do not have a shuttle. Quiet rooms and nice workout room.

The hotel is nearby subway and also there is construction sites nearby, it’s quite noisy. If you don’t like noise, definitely avoid this one. The parking is quite limited and lots of sparking spots are reserved by valet only. Also on the day we check out, they call in 7:00 AM to push you to check out! We were sleeping at that time, imagine being called out of bed just because they want you check out at 7:00 am. I mean, this is definitely the first time I have experienced in any hotel. Not worth the money, I probably can sleep better even in a motel.

I really enjoyed my room, the amenities and location of this hotel in Richmond. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, despite forgetting to bring fresh coffee packages to my room as requested. (Starbucks is a 6 minute walk away, so crisis averted) However, once I got home, I realized I had mistakenly left my headphones in the room. If they weren't Beats, I would've just moved on, but those babies weren't cheap to buy, so I followed up with the hotel when I arrived home that evening. When I called to inquire if anyone found them, I was first given the run around and told I needed to make a claim online to report my lost item because 'with there being hundreds of hotel rooms, how could they possibly track one item'...Eventually, I was passed to a manger who told me that housekeeping had left for the day, but promised to check with them in the morning and call me with an update. After not receiving a call the next day, I called myself and was told housekeeping didn't find my headphones and to make a claim online. I did so, and received a reply almost immediately that the headphones were not in the room... I called again today to check in just in case they had been reported later, and was blown off once again by the man on the phone. I'm positive I left them in the room, in the bed and in my rush to get to the airport, I forgot them like a goof. Worst part - I never added them to my apple ID so I can't use the Find My app to locate them - so I hope they are providing some great sound to their new owner. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed in the client experience at the Westin Wall Center. I really would've appreciated an honest effort to help me, a follow up the next day as promised, and not to be blown off and sent to an online portal only to receive an automated response.

I stayed here for one night in April. The hotel is located away from the city centre but close to the airport. There is some construction nearby, which might create some daytime noise from time to time. The rooms are generously sized, well furnished and modern looking. The beds are very cozy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned well. The hotel restaurant is very basic but adequate. Parking stalls are a tight squeeze and in short supply. One surprising highlight - wild bunnies roaming the grounds. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would consider returning in the future.

The room was clean and front desk service was excellent, having arrived at 2am. The breakfast to room in the morning was covid safe and tasty. The only con would be all the pillows were so soft it was difficult to get comfortable. Bed was fairly soft too but not bad.

Checked in twice this year and never been disappointed. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and smelling fresh. The bathrooms are spacious. The Apron Restaurant at the ground floor serves delicious meals. It would have been nice if the fridge has drinks tho.. it was winter time and we were too lazy to walk to the nearest grocery store.

This is a fantastic hotel and the staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful to us. He made sure to book us a complimentary taxi for the following morning to get us to the airport on time for our flight. The room itself was great, very spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean with a nice shower. The hotel seemed new and modern. It’s also a short walk away from a bunch of restaurants and shopping areas.
