β β β β β We arrived near midnight and were welcomed by a delightful, helpful, young man. Our room was spacious, well layed out and clean! This was our first stay in a pet friendly room,and there was no odor whatsoever. Comfortable bed, could benefit from a cozier bed cover. Good coffee helped to start the day along with an acceptable brown bag breakfast. My only complaint was the oversized "cake" muffin, they are a personal dislike.

β β β β β Part 1 I booked 6 nights and they gaved me 5 nights.
Part 2 they said they will give a discount and then they were going take my 250 deposit but I didnβt give it to them.
Part 3 I donβt recommend anyone book a room in this hotel they are very unprofessional.
Part 4 they made us move out in 10 minutes and we were rushed out of the hotel.
Part 5 I had to argue to get my deposit back.
Part 6 when they say they will give you a discount but they actually donβt give you a discount.
Part 7 A recommendation to anyone is to book a room online in this hotel.
Part 8 they ruined my vacation and am extremely disappointed and upset.
Part 9 donβt book a room in the hotel at the front desk or any where The hotel you can book a room please book a room online.
Part 10 itβs one of the worst hotel I ever lived in.
Part 11 my recommendation not to book a room in this hotel.
Part 12 there front desk people are rude.
Part 13 when they try to they your deposit or take your money with a made up reason or even try to scam your money or even try to keep your deposit so you will give extra money to them first argue second stand strong tell them to give back your deposit if they say they will only give you a little bit of your deposit get more angry then they will have no choice to pay you.

β β β β β I lived in here for two nights for traveling. Very nice room and quiet place. The breakfast is a huge cupcake, a peeled egg, a box of orange juice and a cup of can fruit. This hotel close up to a plaza which means you can find everything you wanna including delicious food,supermarket,entertainment and so on. Very happy to be here and also its my first time in Vancouver, I wanna come and travel as many times as I can.

β β β β β Had to book a fairly last minute stay and their prices were one of the most reasonable places around.
Due to covid, most of the extra amenities are closed down. (No gym, no pool, no dining)
Check-in/out was easy and painless and you're provided with free parking as well.
Although the room was slightly dated in decor, it was still kept fairly clean. Everything was working - lights, TV, coffee machine, AC, blowdryer, etc.
Bathroom comes with ample towels, a blowdryer, shower cap, shampoo and soap. You'll have to bring your own toothbrushes, toothpaste, conditioner, slippers, but that's to be expected at an Inn like so.
Since there's no dine out at this time, breakfast was limited to a to-go paper bag which included a muffin, yogurt and a juice box.
Overall if you're just looking for a cheap place to stay (along with a plethora of restaurant selections nearby), then there's really no complaints.

β β β β β Flight cancelled meant an unexpected stay near the Vancouver Airport and La Quinta was a perfect place for me. Close to great restaurants and all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and so helpful when my flights kept being delayed. Clean and a restful place. Noise from the street and a couple of "woofs" because La Quinta is pet friendly was all very reasonable. Definately recommend this place.

β β β β β A very clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast is just a brow bag breakfast (grab nβ go). However, Lots of awesome places to eat in the area. Pool and gym were closed (allegedly due to COVID restrictions).

β β β β β They have not only canceled amenities or substituted them for lesser ones but they have truly lowered the bar for hotels in general. No pool no hot tub no rooftop patio no hot breakfast. In addition to the lost services they allow chaos to ensue at wee hours of the morning both inside the hotel and in the parking lot. Did I mention the city view that was offered ? Try a empty lot filled with weeds and garbage. This place needs serious work. Donβt let the pictures deceive you as the rooms are beat yo pretty good and whereβs the microwave you ask? Well itβs hidden in the lobby not in your room. Zero stars should be an option here for this hotel.Then see their sorry about your luck response below. Save your money for a good hotel not this poorly run trash hotel.

Iβve stayed at other locations In Toronto & never been disappointed.
I read so many reviews on this hotel about people being charged for stains on bedding or towels. Meanwhile as soon as we got to our room, 3 of our towels had little stains & the one bed also had a few little stains. I have pictures right after I checked in of these incase they try to charge me. So Iβd highly recommend checking everything & taking pictures with time stamps so they canβt blame or charge you.
Also I came here with my husband & the lady at the desk gave us two double beds which I found very strange, but oh well.
Also the bathrooms here are extremely outdated & just kind of gross, the shower was one of the worst hotel showers Iβve seen so that wasnβt thrilling after a 6 hour flight. Lastly the bedding (especially the pillows) have a super weird scent to them. Not bad, but not good either.
All in all Iβm excited to be out of here asap tomorrow morning & I would never stay at this location again. Especially for the price itβs equivalent to staying in mediocre motel for a better price!
