Positive: A clean good king-sized bed, friendly staff, good breakfast and convenient location. Negative: No airport shuttle available for pick-up.

Positive: This hotel is older but well looked after and very clean . Breakfast was great ; good , hot , and served nicely . Staff was very helpful. Underground parking was great and unexpected . We stayed again on our way back .

I had a pretty uncomfortable experience at this hotel. There is a lot of vaping going on that comes intot he room through the ventilation system. My ears were popping repeatedly in the one night I stayed there. I was having trouble breathing at times as well. There was also a really unpleasant odor at times due to the vaping that made me want to throw up. The air quality due to the problem felt very unhealthy at times. They also did not have an airport shuttle service, which was advertised on the booking page and the reason I chose the hotel. When I talked to the manager one the phone about it, he said he would pay me fr one way to or from the airport, but after I arrived, they tried to get out of paying for it. I had to fight to get what was promised to me. If hotels are going to claim to be non-smoking, they have an obligation to provide non-smoking accommodations to their guests. Most hotels say they are non-smoking these days, but I am experiencing more smoking than I have in my twenty years of travel due to this vaping problem that the hotels are not addressing. They claim to take smoking seriously but have absolutely no enforcement measures in place when a complaint is made. If guests are risking their health and comfort to stay there, any amenity or positive aspect is just not worth it. If you are experiencing pressure on your chest, ears popping, musty or weird smells or general air quality issues, it’s likely that someone, or many people, is vaping in a nearby room.

Let me check in way early. Free parking. Free breakfast. Fairly good wifi. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Competitive rates.

This hotel is so comfortable. The beds are great especially and the blinds cover the windows totally. The ac unit is good. The management is really nice. It's just really comfortable.

Comfortable room with all the basics with little pluses like bedside phone chargers, expandable clothes line in shower, good in room coffee. Excellent full, complimentary breakfast. Recommend.

I was on a flight that was canceled at midnight and I was able to call and speak to the night desk manager who was able to accommodate my stay. When I arrived, checkin was quick and the clerk was very pleasant. I was in room 308 which is behind a strange first door along with 309 butonce insidevit was very clean, the furniture was cozy and comfortable and I appreciated that a lot of coffee was provided, considering my long delays. My room faced a green belt which had construction but at 7:30 so not very disturbing. He bed was extremely comfortable and I happy all the bathroom samples were supplied for my shower including a working hairdryer. Even though I only stayed one night, I was pleasantly surprised by this property and would definitely recommend to anyone else who needs a clean, quiet and friendly place to stay and freshen up.

Wouldn't recommend if you're staying in Vancouver for holidays, but it's a quick and easy place to stay if you have an early morning flight. They will arrange a taxi for you if required. We ended up staying in 202, which was extremely loud- you can hear everyone walking or driving down the street. We were thankful to only have to stay there 1 night because if this. I've worked at hotels, so I understand that it's a necessity to put someone in these noisy rooms when the hotel is at full occupancy however, I would have thought they could choose a quieter room on a Monday night. Oh well.
