โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic staff, so helpful and accomodating. Clean room, hot bath, comfortable bed, what more can you need before or after a long journey! The shuttle to the airport was also excellent, very reliable! Will stay again next time I visit, well done team! ??

โ โ โ โ โ Positive: The location was great. The best beach because it is shallow and great to swim in. Food was good too and the wild life was amazing. Family Club was good for the kids with the Waterpark. The nightly entertainment was amazing and different each night. Negative: Long line ups at the bars.

โ โ โ โ โ I can not say enough good things about this hotel. I used air miles to book and booked the wrong day. They fixed this for us even though they didn't have to given the time frame. Upon arrival the check in staff was very friendly and happily printed off travel documents for us. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We have booked another night for our return home. I would definitely recommend this hotel for airport travellers.

-comfortable mattress
-modern TV
-enclosed parking
The bad:
-The metal keys work for multiple rooms!!! We accidentally opened the wrong room, went to sleep, and were woken at midnight by another person trying to get in (fortunately I had put the door chain on so they could only open the door by an inch. Totally unacceptable for a hotel to have keys that can open multiple roomsโHUGE safety hazard.
-There were blood-like stains on the curtains
-The pillows had a strong body odor smell
-The bathroom smelled mildewy
Overall I could not recommend this hotel until they figure out the key situation to ensure people canโt accidentally check into the wrong room. They also need to ensure housekeeping checks bed for smells and room for stains.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely horrible! Do Not Stay here! We had such a difficult time finding hotels in Vancouver after getting off the ferry from Victoria at 8:45pm (that was our own fault) but when it came to be 11:30 we were desperate! On-line searches were not showing us if a hotel was actually avaliable or not just the prices and locations so after driving to 3 different completely full hotels we called here. We have stayed with other Quality inn hotels and they are quite nice. This place is terrible tho. The front desk was "giving us a deal" 380$ at a midnight check-in on Sunday/Monday morning and it was 320$ online. I am 99.9% sure there were also cameras in our room too so I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave. Everything was falling apart and I instantly started sneezing and itching when we finally got into the bed. I don't have allergies and I'm not a sensitive person. I completely regret staying here and wish we would have just slept in our vehicle.

โ โ โ โ โ The Quality Hotel Airport South had friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle service, a convenient location near airport (but not near enough to be bothered by air traffic noise, I was on the top floor), and multiple restaurants. After my concert, I felt safe walking back from the SkyTrain alone at night, it's a nice area of Richmond. The room was basic, while also having extra amenities like a fridge and microwave. The bed and room temperature were very comfortable. And if you have to check out and wait for your flight, they have comfy couches and a bathroom available in the lounge.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. They accommodated our late check-in, after midnight, which was very quick and easy. Unfortunately, we may have misunderstood the shuttle bus driver who dropped us off, just said they come only once per hour (on the hour) so, we didn't know that we had to prebook it, but, the desk attendant in the morning was more than helpful and arranged for us to get there by cab. We had been on a long flight and were running on only 4 hours of sleep. Would recommend this for quality of service, alone.

โ โ โ โ โ What drew me to booking this hotel was the reasonable price per a night, the proximity to the airport and the convenience of the free shuttle service to and from the airport. My shuttle bus driver was very friendly, and so was the front desk clerk when I arrived.
The hotel had a pretty good take-away breakfast to start you off in the morning. I was solo-travelling and this was the perfect place to rest my head after a late flight before heading into the city.
The hotel is a little outdated, but for my purpose for staying there, it was completely fine. I would absolutely stay here again.
