To their defense, I feel they might have a β€œnewer” building with decent rooms somewhere but they have an old building with rooms from the 1950s - and that’s is the one I stayed at. The rooms are nothing like their website. They used to be a seniors residence, and it feels like stuck in the 50s. There was hair in the washroom, everything looks old and run down… The bathtub/shower is deadly, height to get in is like half a meter so if you’re pregnant or have knee issues forget about it, you will crawl in. If you’re use to travel for business and stay at Hiltons or Sheratons, DO NOT stay here. This is more like a Days Inn. Just to set your expectations right. No one helps you with luggage, there’s no housekeeping and no room service. No one ever answers the front desk phone.

This place is not clean whatsoever and very out dated. Cracks in the floor, i can wipe dust off with my fingers, gross stuff on the wallpaper. Like it’s never been washed and the floors are disgustingly dirty. The hotel also has a musky smell to it. Also the hotel and pool area are freezing.

Positive: The Free bird restaurant was the best part. Excellent food Negative: Room was very dated, bath tub falling apart. Sort of clean. Beds r ok but not very comfortable and pillows like cardboard.

Hotel failed to inform guests before or after booking that their amenities are closed. Informed when checking in their pools are closed for renovation although a notice tries to blame it on Covid. On asking for a 1 hour extended checkout I was charged 1/4 of the nightly rate for the hour. Not impressed.

We booked this hotel based off the photos on the website, we wanted a nicer hotel by the airport after a long day of travel. However, we were very mislead. The first room we got put in was on the ground floor and was so outdated there was duct tape holding floors together. The sliding glass door in the room that lead to the street was also broken so it couldn't lock and for this reason we asked to switch room since we were traveling with our 11 year old and felt unsafe. We got put in another room on a higher level but the room was about the same, carpet missing in places, and all around just dirty. The TV didn't work properly. All around this experience put a damper on the last night of our family vacation. We let the front desk person know, and completely understand that none of this was their fault, however, they didn't seem to be empathic about the situation at all and just handed us the bill to sign. Save yourself an $200 and stay at a cheap motel, its same quality.

Hotel room was basically a run down apartment. The flooring was all screwed up and not level or set properly. The main door to the β€œhotel” room was broken at the deadbolt and door latch part of the frame. I could barely lock the door unless I played around with it (usually 2-5minutes). Remote for tv barely worked, and considering it’s an β€œexecutive hotel” the fact that the remote buttons were like pressing against concrete to use was fairly disappointing. Overall atmosphere other than the main lobby was, run down at best. Currently on phone call number 3 and going on 4 simply to get and INVOICE/RECEIPT for our stay. Just ridiculous. Just terrible

Ground floor "dog room" . No mats/carpet; just vinyl plank floor. Small fridge but no microwave. Coffee maker & elec water jug. Wooden cabinet-door for fridge is defective. Shower curtain intrudes too far into bath. Doors for closet are cheap metal. Couch position not suitable for watching TV. No cushions for couch. $25/night charge for pet.

Really nice hotel for the price! Awesome customer service! Clean room. The bathroom is quite small but at least clean and love the fact that you don't have those little shampoo and soap bottles but distributor in the shower itself so less pollution! The shuttle service is on point. Just need to advise first when you know the hour and date you want it and it's on time! The only negative point I have is that the pillows are square shape and not really big instead of the rectangular/regular shape.
